Hello dear soul and welcome to the Mother's Inner Child guided meditation.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seat,
Rooting your sitz bones in the ground beneath you,
Feeling Mother Earth protecting you as you take this journey to speak with your inner child,
Making sure your palms are faced up in your lap in the position to receive as you will receive beautiful gifts and understanding by the end of this meditation.
If lying down feels more comfortable you may do so,
Making sure that your palms are still in an upward-facing position next to your body.
When you've found the most perfect space for you,
Close down your external vision and see your internal vision,
Your third eye center between your brows.
Turn on and activate.
See this space light up as this will assist you through your journey with the inner child today.
Begin now to follow the flow of your breath.
Are you breathing quickly?
Are you breathing slowly?
Is your breath shallow,
Only reaching your chest?
Or is your breath deep,
Finding its way all the way down into your belly?
Without judgment we will give ourselves the breath we need.
We will take a full deep breath in,
Filling from the root of the spine all the way up to the crown of the head and on the exhale out of the mouth we will see any to-do lists,
Any worries,
Any concerns,
Any thoughts for ourselves or for our children that we constantly are thinking about.
Table any of that for now as this time is for you.
This time is for you and your inner child to have a dialogue.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling all the way up belly,
Chest and on the exhale really release all the air out of your lungs.
From the chest all the way down into the belly,
Root of the spine up to the crown of the head.
Allow your exhale to assist you in softening deeper into your space now.
One more breath in through the nose,
Filling all the way up from the root to the crown.
On your exhale,
Clearing the space to allow you to be in this moment and be fully present to your experience.
Now allow your breath to find its natural flow.
This meditation is meant to guide you and tune you in to your inner child.
When you became a mother your focus shifted from self to child.
Returning to self allows you to show up as a more embodied mother.
Allow this guided meditation to help you find the places you need to go within yourself so when you are finished you see your child with a different vision.
You see your child from a higher vision,
A clearer vision.
Your child chose you as their mother.
Their soul had many choices,
Many timelines of possibilities to play out on earth and in this possibility your child selected you.
That is so powerful.
Breathe awareness into that right now,
Feeling how wonderful it is to know that your child chose you.
Your child came to teach you.
They came to assist you in your soul's evolution just as much as you are to assist them and theirs.
When you feel triggered,
Overwhelmed,
Disconnected,
I want you to tune into your heart and tune into this remembrance.
It's so easy to forget this magical connection between you and your child.
It's so easy to get distracted from what it means to be a mother to a divine soul.
I want you to place one hand on your heart and one on your womb.
Feel the wave of your breath meet your hand and slowly moving it up and down on your heart and on your womb.
Tune into the womb space,
Bringing back the memory of when your child was in your belly.
See your belly expanded full of life.
Feel the joy,
The excitement,
The deep connection you felt while your baby was in your womb.
Remember the magic.
Remember the power.
Remember the deep connection between you and your child as you are growing them,
Assisting in their development inside of your body.
Remember the beating of their heart that you could feel under your hand.
Remember the kick of their foot,
Reminding you that they are there and chose you to be their mom.
Tune into your heart now,
Feeling it beating,
Feeling it speak to you.
This heartbeat,
This warmth under your hand,
This is your inner child coming up to the surface to meet you.
Remember your inner child holds the imprints to your experiences,
Both positive and negative,
Of when you were a child.
Some of these imprinted experiences were when you were in the womb yourself.
Others may have been when you were learning to walk and even others may be from when you were the same age as your child is now.
Take a moment to listen.
Allow whatever feelings,
Images,
And sensations want to come through now.
Ask your inner child what aspects of being a mother mirrors your experiences from childhood.
What emotions have you carried from your mother and passed to your child?
Ask your inner child what is one thing you can do to release one of those emotions now.
Feel that emotion now.
Allow yourself to go there.
You are in a safe space to explore this and to release it.
See a thread that connects you from your mother to you and now from you to your child.
This thread is carrying that emotion.
I want you to see white light dissolve this now.
See this thread vaporize into thin air and as you take a big exhale out,
Physically symbolizing this release now.
You don't need to carry this anymore.
This emotion does not need to pass to your child.
I want you to send a loving energy,
Whatever color that is for you,
From you to your child now.
Bring back that feeling of joy,
Excitement,
Deep connection,
And magic you felt when your child was in your womb.
Feel that expand out from the womb,
Your heart,
And your physical being.
See it expand out from all directions from your physical body.
Whenever you feel triggered,
Overwhelmed,
Disconnected,
Remember to come back here.
Often this is a sign from your inner child that your child is mirroring something to you that you need to spend time with.
If your child is yelling and not listening to you,
Is this a reflection of your experience as a child not feeling heard?
If your child has trouble sleeping at night waking you up in the early morning light,
Is this a reflection of your experience as a child wanting to feel the warmth and safety of your mother?
Feeling into these examples,
Do they fit your experience?
If not,
Ask your inner child to reveal an example now.
Reveal an example of how your child has mirrored something to you from your childhood imprinting that you need to spend some time with.
Your inner child dances with your child.
They come to play.
They come to heal.
They come to love.
Return here whenever you need to.

Begin to feel the wave of your breath lifting your hands gently on your womb and your heart.
Begin to tune into the noises around you,
Feeling the air,
Lifting your arms up overhead,
Stretching your legs out,
Flexing your feet back and forth,
Taking a moment to feel any shifts from where you were when you began to where you are now.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in and on the exhale open your eyes.
