Welcome,

Love.

As you start to settle in here,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And a long exhale through your nose.

One more big inhale through the nose,

And a long exhale through the nose.

Staying here with this mindful breath,

Allowing yourself to arrive in this beautiful new day.

And with each breath,

Start to feel your awareness settling into your body.

And start to become aware of the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

Maybe you become aware of any places the clothing brushes against the skin with each breath.

And start to become aware of the ground beneath you.

The ground being steady,

Supportive,

And always holding you.

Now bringing your awareness to the heart center,

The middle of the chest.

And from here,

Imagine a soft golden light glowing.

And this soft golden glowing light starts to expand on each inhale.

This soft golden glowing light starting to fill the body.

And this golden light represents your intention for the day ahead.

Feeling this intention with the whole body.

A calm,

Grounded energy guiding you through whatever comes.

And silently within,

You can start to repeat to yourself.

Today,

I choose to move through life with ease and presence.

I trust in the flow of this day.

Today,

I choose to move through life with ease and presence.

I trust in the flow of this day.

As you take some more breaths,

Allowing those words to settle in with the breath.

If you wish,

You may choose to place a hand on your heart.

Offer yourself a small smile.

Knowing you can take these words with you through the rest of your day.

Today,

I choose to move through life with ease and presence.

I trust in the flow of this day.

Now,

Bringing your awareness back to the breath.

Taking one more deep breath in.

This might be your biggest breath of the day so far.

Pausing at the top.

And sighing it out as you exhale.

Ready to begin your day with clarity,

Grounded energy,

And a calm,

Grounded breath.

A calm mind.
