This is a quick and easy guided meditation to help you feel grounded. If you are up in the clouds and in your head this meditation will guide you to return to earth and connect with yourself and Mother Gaia. This is a visiual guided meditation where you will be taken out to nature in a field of flowers.

Hi and welcome to a guided meditation with Melissa.

I want you to be in a seated position or laying down,

Whichever feels most comfortable for you.

I invite you to take a deep breath in and exhale deep breath out.

You can start to relax now.

Your mind may wander and that's okay.

Give me another deep breath in and exhale a big deep breath out.

Today we are going to a magical place.

This place is a field.

Filled with flowers.

Your favorite flowers.

All types of beautiful colors.

You are here now.

Surrounded by all these beautiful flowers and nature.

I invite you to have another big deep breath in and a big deep breath out.

You can fully relax now.

Feeling supported by the ground beneath you.

Now imagine you are sitting in this field of flowers.

You can feel the earth beneath you and you feel a nice cool breeze.

The sun is shining.

The sky is blue.

Here there is nothing but peace.

You can hear some birds singing.

They are peaceful and happy to be here with you.

It's a warm day.

Just the perfect temperature for you.

Surrounded by nature and all the flowers and the grass.

Put your hands in the grass now and feel the earth supporting you.

Mother Gaia always protecting you.

Imagine half roots coming down from beneath you,

Connecting you to Mother Earth.

It's important to remember that you are not alone.

Mother Gaia is always here.

She is part of you.

I want you to take a moment and have deep breaths here.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Again,

Breathing in and inhaling all that fresh air.

Breathing out releasing what no longer serves you back into the ground.

One last breath here.

Big deep breath in.

All that fresh air.

And release.

Deep breath out.

You can flush that what no longer serves you right back into the ground.

See your favorite flower up in the distance.

That flower is for you.

And it makes you smile.

You walk over to that flower.

Go over to the flower and make a nice big whiff.

Wow.

What a beautiful lovely sense of your favorite flower.

Refreshing,

Calming,

Peaceful.

You leave the flower there.

You go back where you were sitting.

We're laying in the grass.

You're still surrounded by all the beautiful flowers.

And you feel Mother Gaia beneath you.

Remember,

Mother Earth is always here.

You're a part of Mother Earth.

You feel like you need to be grounded.

Know that you can return here anytime.

Thank you for taking this time today to reconnect with Earth and yourself.

You can give me one deep breath in and a big deep breath out.

Give yourself thanks for taking this time to be here today.
