Welcome to this morning meditation.
Begin by sitting in a comfortable position,
Closing the eyes and tuning into your inner world,
Connecting to yourself and bringing all parts of yourself to this present moment.
Breathing in peace through your nostrils,
All the way down into every cell of your body.
And exhaling and letting go of everything that is not you.
Breathing in peace all the way in into every corner of your body.
And fully exhaling,
Letting go of any tension,
Of any stress within your body.
And as you breathe in,
Nourishing,
Energizing and revitalizing every cell of your body.
And through the exhale,
Letting go of any worries,
Tension and bringing in a deeper sense of presence with yourself.
Remembering your truth,
Remembering your sovereignty.
Breathe in peace.
Exhale,
Letting go.
Further into a sense of relaxation.
Now taking the deepest breath you've taken all morning.
Holding for a few moments.
And fully exhaling,
Letting go,
Even letting out a sigh.
Allowing your shoulders to relax and to move away from your ears.
Relaxing your feet on the ground and feeling the weight of your feet on the ground.
Noticing the texture of what's beneath your feet.
Relaxing your ankles,
Knees and thighs.
Relaxing your abdominal area,
Your chest area,
Your hands.
Feeling the weight of your hands.
Relaxing your facial muscles.
Relaxing your eyes,
Your eyelids and the muscles around your eyes.
Relaxing your mouth.
And forming a smile here.
And as you smile,
Connect to the sense that things will be okay.
And that all is well.
And that you are exactly where you need to be.
Now repeating these affirmations either out loud or within your mind.
I am exactly where I need to be.
I am present with myself.
I am grounded and connected to this present moment.
I am connected to the earth and I breathe in her nourishing energy.
I release judgment towards myself and towards others.
I love and accept myself unconditionally and I don't need anyone's approval.
I connect to my higher self.
I am valuable.
I lovingly speak my truth.
I allow my true authentic self to shine.
My authentic self is magical and beautiful.
I trust my body.
I trust my intuition.
I am worthy.
I am open to receiving great abundance in my life.
Now taking a deep breath in,
Welcoming all these affirmations into your being.
And exhaling and letting go.
Now becoming aware of your full body.
And at your own pace,
Open your eyes and notice the beauty and colors all around you.
Today is a beautiful day.
