Welcome to today's session.
This session is aimed at making you feel more calm,
Relaxed,
Centered,
Grounded and present.
And for this,
We will be using the most powerful tool in the world,
The breath.
So let's start.
I would request you all to sit in a comfortable seated position with your legs crossed,
Palms on the knees open towards the sky,
Spine comfortably erect,
Chin held up high,
Eyes closed.
And if you want,
You can also lie down on your backs with legs and arms stretched comfortably by your sides,
Whole body relaxed,
Letting mother earth hold you.
Slowly,
Gently,
Mindfully,
We will bring all our attention on our breath.
Let's try to remember when was the last time we brought our attention on our breathing.
If you're in a difficult situation,
Just remember if you step back,
Stop and just focus on your breath,
How you feel instantly comfortable and calm.
Nothing else,
Just by a few seconds of focus on your breath can take away all the negative energies like anger,
Frustration,
Disappointment just by focusing on your breath.
Imagine the power of this breath.
So mindfully,
We will bring all the attention to our breath.
Notice the point where the breath enters your body,
The tip of the nostril.
Feel the breath moving through your nostrils and making way inside your body,
Purifying you,
Uplifting you,
Cleansing you,
Making you light as it moves through you effortlessly,
Flawlessly.
And once it's done,
The same way it goes out of your body,
Back to the universe,
Making you light and free and pure,
Pure breath.
So now,
With the next inhalation,
We will give our breath as much gratitude,
As much love as we can.
Feeling the flow,
The movement of the breath,
Not letting it move unconsciously,
But consciously giving it your love,
Giving it your gratitude.
With the next inhalation,
Visualize inhaling all the things from the universe that you want to manifest and bring into your lives.
With the next inhalation,
Visualize inhaling peace,
Calm,
Strength,
Joy,
Happiness,
Health,
And just being present.
Visualize all of this entering you through your next breath.
Visualize it,
All of these feelings becoming a part of you,
Assimilating you,
Assimilating within you,
Becoming one with you.
And now with the exhalation,
Visualize everything that you do not need in your life anymore.
Give it out,
Give it back and become light.
Visualize all the negativity,
Jealousy,
Insecurity,
All the unsurety,
The past,
The future,
The trauma,
The stress,
The worry,
The anxiety,
The pain,
The disease.
It could be anything that you want to let go of.
Visualize all of these tense feelings,
Dense energies leaving your body on every exhalation.
Visualize it leaving from your nose,
From your nostrils,
From your nose and going out,
Making you light.
With every inhalation,
You're becoming more of what you want.
And with every exhalation,
You're becoming less of what you do not want.
It is that easy.
It is that simple.
Your breath has immense powers.
Your breathing is what keeps you alive.
Your breath is your partner ever since you were born,
Has never left your side.
The breath is what differentiates the living and the dead.
The breath is what literally keeps you alive.
Even when you're sleeping,
Running,
Always there for you.
So now let us breathe mindfully,
Thanking our breaths,
Becoming present,
Becoming one with every breath.
Let's inhale mindfully,
Visualizing all the beautiful things life has to offer,
Coming into our system,
Coming into our energy,
Coming into our bodies and visualize everything that we are tired of,
That we want to let go of.
We release it,
We release it and we become empty.
Let's empty ourselves completely with every exhalation.
Just enjoy the simple process of breathing with a smile on your face if possible.
That is all there is to life,
Being present,
Being one with life itself and this life presents itself in the form of the breath.
The simple process of living,
Of being present,
Of breathing can make wonders in your life.
Relax,
Let go of everything.
Life will take care of it,
The way it always takes care of everything,
The way it takes care of you.
Surrender everything to life and become one with your breath.
Enjoy it,
Take pleasure in it,
Take as much joy in it as possible.
Smile,
Feel exhilarated,
Feel exuberant,
Feel jubilantly alive with every breath.
Every breath is a sign from the universe that you are alive,
You are jubilantly alive,
You are loved.
Breathe and let life flow through you,
Let life live through you,
Let life live as you.
Just breathe,
Inhale and exhale.
With a smile on your face this time,
Let us inhale a little more deeply and exhale completely.
