Jagriti is a practitioner of the traditional Indian pranayam and meditation, along with being a Reiki healer. She grew up in a spiritual Indian household, learning the age old techniques from her parents, grandparents and the ancient scriptures. On growing up, she traveled across India living in ashrams, studying breath work and mindfulness philosophies from learned gurus. Jagriti decided to share this knowledge with the world and has been leading guided meditation sessions in many different countries now. She strongly believes that everyone has the divine power to manifest their dream lives. Her ultimate aim is to make everyone connect with the deep rooted peace within and live a life of bliss, joy and gratitude.
