Jake has a personal mission to be a present and strong man so that the people around him feel safe, protected, provided for, and led. After a confusing health scare and the deterioration of an almost decade-long relationship, Jake made the choice to better understand his inner world so that he could be a better lover, communicator, and partner. This is what led him to meditation, breathwork, and to community. Jake uses an integrative approach that merges his 6 years of experience with Breathwork & his 3 years of experience with Men's Work to help people strengthen and deepen their relationship with themselves. In community, we can create a world where our feminine energy & inner child can safely and abundantly bring forth the brightest futures of this planet. And each person can contribute to this reality through implementing Breathwork, Meditation, Journaling, & Self expression into their daily life.
