James Mitchell

James Mitchell, PhD, teaches Mindfuness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes and leads the Mindfulness Alumni Programs at the Osher Center at University of California San Francisco. He focuses on the connection between and application of psychology, philosophy and mind/body practices for health and wellbeing. He has a PhD in East-West Psychology and has trained in MBSR with Drs. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Robert Stahl at the Center for Mindfulness.
