Welcome to a five-minute session of Awareness of Breathing.
Please take a few moments to be still while settling into a dignified posture.

The bell will ring twice,
Once at the halfway point and again at the conclusion of this five-minute session.
Shifting focus now to feeling the sensation of your breathing,
This natural biorhythm wherever you feel it in your body.
Throughout this meditative session,
Just living life one inhalation and one exhalation at a time,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Moment by moment.
When you notice that you've wandered away,
Simply acknowledging where you went and then gently coming back to the breath.
