I was hesitant to try this because Jennifer and I used to teach at the same yoga studio and I didn’t want to be disappointed. I was not disappointed at all. This was a lovely short practice

I first encountered yoga nidra in a class led by Jennifer Reis at Kripalu. I love this teacher and this practice. Whether for a quick recharge, deep healing or to be led to a deep and untroubled sleep, the practice fills the needs of the moment. It is a great blessing to experience this teacher’s guided yoga nidra meditations.
