Explore MeditationJennifer Salaverri is a licensed clinical social worker, life coach, mindfulness educator and yoga teacher. She serves as a guide, helping people create the change they wish to see within themselves. Jennifer has experienced the transformative power of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga in her own life and now teaches others use these tools as a means of transformation and expansion. Jennifer has also experienced the power of regular self-compassion practice and teaches others how to relate to themselves in a kinder, gentler way. Guided each day by the words of her father: "be kind to yourself." Her intention in teaching, is to help people unwind the patterns of stress and overwhelm, to come home to their most authentic selves, discovering the joy, peace and love that resides within each of us. Jennifer has a passion for "helping the helper." After years of working in healthcare, she now works to support those in helping professions and beyond, in learning to prioritize and care for themselves. She is available for individual and group coaching as well as consulting for organizations seeking to create a culture of mindfulness for their employees.
