In life, sometimes we are not able to see clearly. Sometimes, we are unable to see the realities of the here and now. Sometimes, we forget the enoughness of the now. This is normal. This guided meditation, is a journey to help you remove the clouded glasses of not enoughness, and to step into your empowered state of seeing things clearly. You will be able to shift into the state of empowerment, oneness, gratitude, beauty, and peace for what is. We are enough. This moment is enough.

All right everyone,

Let us go ahead and slowly and gently close our eyes as we come back to this here and now.

Coming back to this mind and body,

Coming back to the breath,

Coming back to simply breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Another deep breath in through the nose and all the way out,

Releasing,

Releasing,

Releasing,

Releasing all that does not serve my highest good and simply breathing and being,

Allowing yourself to just rest,

To just rest in the here and now.

Rest with this present moment and body,

Just breathing and being,

And allowing yourself to just be here as we use the breath to ground down,

To regulate our nervous system and to just be,

Breathing and being,

Allowing yourself to simply breathe and be.

Now within this meditation,

What we are simply doing is coming back to this moment,

This moment coming back to the enoughness of this mind and body,

The enoughness of this internal world as well as the external world we're currently in.

There are times when we feel not enough,

When we feel like things are not working,

When we feel like the internal and external world is just not quite there yet.

We are taking the time to acknowledge these stories,

These thoughts,

These sensations of not enoughness.

We acknowledge,

Recognizing and knowing that these thoughts are simply trying its best to push us to be the best that we can.

We simply breathe and be,

And be while we acknowledge these parts of the mind,

These sensations of the body.

We breathe and be as we allow these sensations to flow through your body as they are impermanent in nature,

Non-self in nature.

We can simply be aware of them as we're simply holding space with loving kindness.

As we're aware of this not enough story,

We can see it clearly as it is,

Clearly as thoughts,

Clearly as sensations,

Clearly impermanent in nature,

Yet seemingly permanent.

And we breathe and we be,

And we allow these sensations to move through you as we breathe and be.

Just breathing,

Just being.

Breathing and being with difficult sensations and thoughts and thoughts allow us to help us come out of the stories and be free,

Be free,

Free,

Free.

From attachment to these stories,

From believing in these stories,

And from recognizing that these stories may not be true.

We breathe and be,

Breathing and be,

And be as we come back to remembering our truth,

To remembering that we can indeed take these clouded pair of glasses and put them to the side.

As we start seeing our own light,

Our own love,

We start to really feel the light and love we have within ourselves.

We start to recognize that beauty has always been here.

Our light and love has always been here.

As we come back home to ourselves,

To this mind and body within this present moment,

Just breathing and being as you are awakening to your truth,

Awakening to the love and light that you are seeing within the here and now,

That you are seeing within the internal world as well as the external world.

You are starting to see the external world within your mind's eye as you walk down your everyday life,

This path that you are on.

You are seeing that you are exactly where you are meant to be,

That this moment is where you are meant to be.

You are okay.

You are more than okay.

Even if you experience darkness within your life,

Even if things are not always so good,

You start to see that within the darkness there is light,

That this darkness is guiding you back to your light,

Back to your authentic path,

Back to your unique individual path.

You know,

And you are breathing and being as you are walking around your everyday life,

Seeing your job,

Seeing your families and friends or school or whatever you may be doing,

Seeing it with a new pair of glasses,

Seeing life as life,

Seeing beauty as beauty,

Seeing darkness as darkness,

Seeing things as they are,

Seeing things clearly for what they are,

And recognizing that your life is enough.

This moment is enough.

You are enough.

We.

Really feeling that within your mind and body,

Within all of the all of the cells within your body,

Feeling the warmth as you breathe in and out,

Feeling the light penetrate all of the cells within your body,

Feeling the love within all the cells within your body,

Feeling the love within your heart emanate out into the external world,

Because you simply are a ball of light and love,

And you are learning how to cultivate this light and love,

Seeing you as you,

Seeing you as beautiful,

Seeing you as you.

Just breathing,

Just being.

Breathing within your external world.

You are able to see the beauty within the sky,

The abundance of this universe,

The abundance of nature.

You're able to truly connect in with nature,

Feeling the oneness with the universe,

The connectivity within the space and place,

The connectivity within other human beings,

Animals,

Loved ones,

Friends and families,

And even strangers.

Feeling the expansiveness of your love and light that is radiating out,

Out.

Their people's love and light connecting with the nature's love and light,

With this universe's love and light,

Connecting back to your heart,

Connecting back to your love,

Connecting to your enoughness,

Your worthiness as you are just right here,

Right now,

Within this moment,

Within your mind's eye,

Within this present moment,

Within your mind's eye,

You see a world that is beautiful,

That is enough,

That is abundant,

And you feel deep gratitude,

Deep peace as you think the universe,

You think nature,

You think your friends and family,

You think strangers,

You think yourself,

And you come back to your heart,

To your love and light as you surround yourself with other people that see your love and light,

That mirror your love and light to you.

You surround yourself with nature,

With the universe that reminds you of your love and light within the here and now,

Within your mind's eye,

Allowing yourself to simply visualize you,

Your inner child,

Loved ones,

Empowered beings,

Your friends and family,

Nature,

Universe,

Any other empowering beings to simply come in and hug you as you are in the middle with your inner child.

You are feeling the love,

Feeling the light of everybody else,

You're feeling the warmth of nature,

The warmth of the universe,

As you simply breathe in this life force energy,

Feeling supported by the external world,

Feeling supported by your inner child,

By yourself,

By this moment,

This moment.

Breathing and being,

Breathing and being,

Simply breathing and being.

You all raise up your hands high up into the sky,

Holding hand by hand within this circle,

Within this space and place,

Feeling the sunlight against your skin,

The cool breeze against your skin,

Feeling the connection with one another,

With you,

With the universe.

Raising your arms high up into the sky,

Feeling the warmth of everybody,

Of the universe,

Of your inner child.

And you breathe in this life force energy,

Reminding you that your life is so worth living,

It is so enough,

It is so beautiful,

And you are so supported,

And you deserve to receive this support that you are receiving right here,

Right now,

Within your mind's eye.

Even when you wake up from this meditation,

You deserve to receive all the support that you deserve from the universe,

From friends and family,

From coaches and therapists,

From yourself,

From your inner child.

You deserve love and light as you are love and light.

Just breathing and being,

Allowing yourself allowing yourself to feel deeply this connectivity,

This belonging,

This love that you have been looking for this whole time.

Realizing that it has always been here this whole time as you are coming back to yourself.

Just breathing,

Breathing and being,

And being.

You all bring your hands back down.

You are saying thank you to all your friends and family,

To the universe,

To yourself,

To your inner child.

Feeling the tears run down,

Stream down your face.

You are home,

And you have always been home.

Breathing,

Not to zero,

Thinking all parts of the mind for coming up for coming up to work with us.

Thanking inner child,

All your friends and family,

And the universe and nature for coming to be with us,

To connect with us.

Thanking all parts of this universe for reminding you that you within the present moment,

Coming up.

One,

Take a deep breath.

Five,

Eyes open wide.
