All right,

Let's slowly get started on this guided inner journey,

Allowing yourself to just be and breathe as you gently close your eyes,

Allowing yourself to just drop into this space and place of flowing with the breath.

Flowing with this moment.

Flowing as you're accessing the right side of your brain,

Allowing the balance of right and left to come through.

But really allowing yourself as you're just breathing and being with this flow of life,

This flow of creativity,

This flow of energy.

Flowing with the breath.

Really just allowing yourself to just be and to breathe and to know you are enough.

This moment is enough.

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

You can let go to flow,

I'm just breathing even deeper even more into this creative flow of the breath at five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

And zero.

Take a deep breath in and feel into the breath,

Into the creative flow of being and breathing.

As you're really simmering with presence,

With being,

With knowing your presence,

Your being is enough and is beautiful.

Just as you are simply breathing and being and allowing.

And as you allow yourself to be and to breathe,

We're just going to now integrate the body with this guided inner journey,

Connecting the mind with the body,

Allowing yourself to flow to let go to flow to let go to flow to let go to simply flow.

And so we're gonna flow and let go and flow and let go and let go and flow with the hands.

First,

Really just getting into presence and loving awareness with the hands,

Noticing where they are.

Just gently placing them on your lap.

Palms up.

Breathe into the palms.

Breathe this energetic flow and this universal connection and allow presence to be to be here.

And what we're going to do as we're breathing into the flow is we're going to squeeze the hands and breathe in and we're going to let go and breathe out.

And we're going to do this five times,

Collectively,

Right here right now.

And what this is symbolizing,

Perhaps is this ability to hold on to tensions,

To tensions,

To hold on to grasping and shoulds and expectations.

But the ability to let go and to just flow to receive and be.

And so we're going to start and gently together as one at 321 and start squeezing the fist breathing in.

Holding,

Holding,

Grasping on and letting it go.

Letting it all go.

And just pausing as you're noticing this.

Letting go.

Letting it all go.

And take a deep breath in,

Squeeze the hands.

Holding,

Holding,

Holding.

And at 321,

Drop it.

Letting it go as you feel the flow of the energy through your palms.

Feeling your ability to receive and to be and to really know that you can flow,

You can let go to flow right when you want to write when you set the intention,

You can let go to flow because you know,

You are flowing with universal connection with love and universal energies.

And within this moment,

We're going to squeeze the hands at 321 breathing in.

Holding,

Holding,

Holding and letting it go.

Feel into the release.

Feel into the stillness and the ability to be and to breathe.

And to know flow is here.

And at 321,

Squeezing the hands.

Feel into this hold with ease,

Grace and peace noticing the tension noticing stillness,

Even withholding and letting it go.

And just allowing the body to let go and to be.

And one more time at 321 and squeezing and breathing and finally letting it all go.

You know,

You can let it go easily and effortlessly.

You know,

You can do it easily and effortlessly.

You know,

You are motivated with clarity,

Inspiration,

Presence,

Creativity.

Breathe into what you know,

Because you know to let go to flow and you know what you know.

And you trust in what you know,

Easily and effortlessly.

Breathing into the ability to access this creative flow.

This right side of the brain as you simply let go to flow as you immerse yourself in the flow of presence of just being.

Just breathing,

Just flowing with the breath with the body.

Allow your body to flow as you allow yourself to flow you allow the writing or your voice to flow you allow expressive juices to flow as you are just being you take a deep breath in.

Feel into just being you.

Allowing that presence,

That creativity,

That worthiness to really expand as you're breathing into this expansive energy within your chest.

Notice the color.

Notice the sensations.

Notice you.

Just being you.

You and as we allow ourselves to just be and to breathe.

We're gonna just come back to one more exercise that will help us really drop even deeper into the state of knowing who you are,

Trusting in who you are,

And doing exactly what makes you feel happy,

What lights you up.

And if that sounds good to you,

Just gently smile.

Smile with that acknowledgement.

Noticing how it feels to just be happily you being you acknowledging presence and just being you and flowing and going.

And so with this next exercise,

We're going to gently open the eyes and just stare at a spot slightly upward towards the ceiling.

And just allow yourself to take a look at that spot.

Allow everything all around you to simply blur as you simply look at a spot right directly above you.

Noticing what that looks like.

Breathing into this noticing of this spot.

And just allow the sleepiness and perhaps the drowsy feeling or heavy feeling to really come into this moment and just know that it's okay.

We're going to close the eyes in just a moment if that's okay.

But just allowing yourself to take a look at that spot and to just envision or imagine if you can you in that creative flow being you as you look at that spot noticing perhaps smiling at this image or thought or feeling of you just being you and just feeling into everything all around you blur as you just notice this spot.

Feeling into just you.

Authentic you.

Easily and effortlessly.

And at three,

Two,

One,

And zero,

We're going to close the eyes.

Just feel into that relaxation.

Feel into that letting go.

Letting go and feel into the ability for you to see an aspect of you clearly as you see yourself.

Creative,

Flowy,

Present,

Happy just expressing you.

And within a moment,

We're going to open our eyes.

But not yet.

I'm going to open the eyes and take a deep breath in and we're going to close the eyes as we breathe out.

And at three,

Two,

One,

And start opening the eyes,

Breathing in,

Looking at that spot.

And closing the eyes.

Resting the eyes.

Opening the eyes.

Breathing in.

Closing the eyes.

Breathing out.

Opening the eyes.

Breathing in.

Closing the eyes.

Breathing in.

And closing the eyes.

Breathing out.

You opening your eyes is simply allowing you to know that you are allowing yourself to see you clearly for who you are.

This aspect of you that is so loving,

Precious,

Internally and externally beautiful,

Creative.

You just being you is more than enough.

People receive you so well and you focus on the positivity within the world.

And this is because you focus on your positivity within your internal world.

You notice the positives so much more than the negatives,

Allowing yourself to seep in to the internal positives and the external positives even more deeply at five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

And zero.

Take a deep breath in and feel into positivity .

Within your internal world,

Within your external world,

You notice what's working,

You allow yourself to notice what's working within your body,

Within your mind,

Within your work,

You are creatively flowing and going each and every day,

Flowing with the positives,

Allowing yourself to express yourself and be yourself regardless of that is being in stillness and presence quietly or expressing yourself.

You intuitively know what you need in this moment and you just simply let go to flow,

You let go to flow,

You let go to flow and you allow yourself to just be you and to express you easily and effortlessly with ease,

Grace and peace.

And this is because you trust in yourself and you know who you are and you love yourself and allowing yourself to really know that you are more than enough.

You are more than enough.

Allow yourself to see you,

Your pre pure essence and presence.

Feeling into that gentleness,

That smile,

That being just really breathing with that presence of flow and loving awareness.

And within a moment,

We're going to come up and out of this deep state of mind within this guided inner journey.

But first really allowing yourself to know who you are and trust in who you are each and every day,

Each and every moment,

Loving yourself being yourself being creatively you with ease,

Grace and peace,

Allowing yourself to slowly and surely come up that one,

Take a deep breath in 2,

3,

4,

5 eyes open wide awake 1,

2,

3,

4,

5 eyes open and wide awake now.
