Jennifer Taylor, PhD MA MBMSc TCTSY-F, is an author, consultant and speaker. Jennifer is a neuroscientist and yoga therapist with a PhD in Medicine from The University of Sydney, investigating personalised yoga for burnout and traumatic stress in junior medical doctors. She also has a Masters in Brain and Mind Sciences from the Brain and Mind Centre and is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Musculoskeletal Health at The University of Sydney.

Felt very tingly while breathing in and out through the nose. Found breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth more relaxing. Hope that’s ok for the practise?
