I'm Jessie Galvin.
Welcome to this quick meditation for grounding and clearing your energy.
Take a couple of moments to get really comfortable and if it feels okay to do so,
You can gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Repeat this,
Breathing slowly in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
With your next inhale,
Squeeze your shoulders all the way up towards your ears and as you exhale,
Gently let the shoulders drop down.
Now bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.
Feel the connection between your feet and the earth beneath you.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Extending deep into the ground,
Anchoring you firmly to the earth.
Take a couple of moments just to breathe here,
Allowing yourself to connect to the energy of the Great Mother Earth underneath you and all around you.
Now gently bring your awareness back to your breath,
Just watching as your breath flows naturally in and out of your body.
Place your hands somewhere on your body that feels really loving and in your mind,
Repeat the words,
I am grounded,
I am centred,
I am here.
And when you feel ready,
Blink your eyes open and continue with your day.
