Hi.
This is a meditation,
A meditation about who you truly are.
And beyond you,
And beyond what exists inside of you.
This is about the essence of who you are.
Love.
The essence of love.
Become aware of the space around you.
Maybe you're seated,
Maybe you're lying down,
Or maybe you're having a walking meditation.
I want you to do what feels good to you.
As you begin to bring awareness to your breath,
Allow your inhale and your exhale to be through your nose.
Begin to feel the breath moving in and out,
Allowing your belly to fill with breath and slowly release the breath as the belly softens.
Surrender your thoughts and your feelings that may arise in this meditation.
Allow them to come and go.
But may your focus be fully on your breath.
Simply focus on your heart space or the space where you imagined love to come from.
But allow that focus to be derived from your deepest source.
Let's create a sankalpa or an intention.
Begin to take your breath behind your heart.
Notice the feeling in that space.
Go deep inside and notice your heart's longing.
What does your heart deeply desire?
Create a statement of your heart's desire as though it is already happening.
It is the truth and happening in present tense.
Maybe you use,
I flow through life with ease and peace and I am whole exactly as I am.
Or you can create your own.
Notice both palms of hands,
Both of your thumbs.
Notice first fingers,
Second fingers,
Third fingers,
Fourth fingers.
Feel both hands alive with sensation.
Feel wrists,
Arms,
Elbows,
Feet.
Feel your throat,
Neck,
Mouth.
Feel inside of your mouth.
Feel your whole head and neck,
Chest and heart space.
Feel your ribs,
Belly,
Navel center and hips.
Feel both thighs,
Knees,
Lower legs.
Your ankles and feet,
Two big toes,
All of your toes and the soles of your feet.
Feel your back body,
Your front body,
Your whole body,
Your whole body.
Become aware of your natural breath as it flows through you.
Notice your breath in your belly.
Feel your breath in your heart.
Move your breath to your throat.
Fill the head up with breath all the way to the crown of the head.
Exhale.
Fill your nostrils with your breath.
Allow your breath to flow easily,
Rhythmically,
Gently through your whole body.
Notice your breath as it streams through you.
Notice your breath and follow it.
Follow your breath till the end.
Begin to feel the pause,
The breath suspended between the inhale and the exhale.
Feel the gap.
Allow yourself to now feel the suspension in between the exhale and the inhale.
Hold the gap a little wider and let go.
Breathe.
Allow your natural breath to just breathe.
As you drift off,
Feel all the sensation in your body,
All of the softness.
Prepare of all the places that feel soft,
Allowing the feeling of softness to completely fill your entire body.
Fill your entire body with softness.
Feel warmth in your body.
Notice one place that feels warm and allow the warmth to spread through your whole being.
Feel the warmth.
Remembering your heart's longing,
The intention you made,
The positive statement you set at the beginning.
Allow yourself to say it now to yourself as if it has already happened.
Feel the truth of your statement and let it fill every cell in your being.
Inhale it in.
Allow the seed of love to blossom.
Becoming aware of your body's innate healing,
Innate love,
And innate joy.
Become aware of the part of you that has been witnessing,
Observing yourself,
Your breath,
And your heart.
Fill your body with breath.
Breathe into your entire body.
Notice all the places in your body that you feel connected to.
Allow your breath to fill your whole body.
Draw deeper into your breath.
Draw deeper into your heart.
Take one last deep inhale.
Exhale all the air from your lungs.
Begin to gently move your fingers and your toes.
If your eyes are closed,
Allow them to slowly open.
Notice how your body feels.
Notice the pace of your breath and your thoughts.
Know that you are love.
