I am University lecturer in Health and Social care and completed my PhD on barriers to equanimity. I spent my formative years being raised in a Tibetan monastic community and to some extent have practiced meditation all my life. I have taught meditation predominantly in a university setting but also have experience in hospitals and law firms. Here to provide some useful excercises and pass on meditations that have helped me.
