Get into the most relaxed position in your bed as possible.

Just allow your eyes to close naturally,

Easily and effortlessly by taking a couple of deep cleansing breaths.

Remember not to force,

But simply allow your mind and body to relax and drift deeper.

Reminding yourself that with every breath you take in,

You're taking in positive healing energy into your body.

And with every breath you exhale,

You're releasing from your body all the stress,

Worries and fears.

Now bring your attention to the sound of my voice and allow all the other sounds to just help you drift into a deeper state of relaxation,

Calmness and peace.

If your conscious mind wonders,

It is perfectly alright because when your body relaxes,

You will slowly find yourself drifting deeper into a peaceful state of sleep.

Allow yourself to go deeper now and open the gates of your imagination.

Bring your attention to loving energies that surround you,

Like a blanket of rainbow colors,

Feeling loved,

Safe,

Secure and completely relaxed.

As they wrap your body in their healing colors,

Every muscle,

Tissue,

Fiber and cell in your body begins to vibrate in their loving energy.

Slowly releasing all the stored tension and stress from all the muscles,

Tissues,

Fibers and cells one by one,

Releasing,

Relaxing and letting go.

And these wonderful healing vibrations allow you to easily go into a deeper state.

Now as you welcome and allow these energies to assist you with your sleep,

Visualize and imagine the rainbow colors gently moving towards the bottoms of your feet.

As they begin to fill the bottoms of your feet with their eternal loving and healing energy,

You begin to feel the love,

Safety and security slowly moving into your body.

Bring your attention to the bottoms of your feet now and notice what you're feeling.

Perhaps it's warmth,

Coolness,

Tingling or not much at all.

Keep in mind that any and all sensations you feel now are just perfect for you because the universal healing energies will never startle you as they are very gentle and loving and they are assisting us with our healing.

And as the healing energies begin gently moving up your body through the bottoms of your feet,

Up into your ankles and calves,

Moving into your knees and thighs like a gentle comfort wave of healing.

Bringing unconditional love back into your mind and body.

It fills your lower body with comfort,

Peace and tranquility as every muscle,

Tissue,

Fiber and bone in your lower body is now vibrating with relaxation.

The healing vibrations are slowly preparing you for your journey to a peaceful and restful full night sleep.

Now the rainbow healing energies gently begin and continue to fill your entire hip area and while moving up your body they fill the entire abdominal area with the light.

As relaxation and peace continues to spread through your entire body,

They now wrap themselves around every internal organ in your body cleansing and clearing internally and externally,

Energizing and healing.

Dissolving anything from the mind and body that no longer belongs.

The healing energies continue their path moving up the body and wrapping around your lungs and heart now.

As they wrap around your lungs notice how your breathing is becoming easier and effortless.

As you bring your attention to your heart see how strong it feels now because the powerful vibrations moving through it now are healing your heart from any and all past or present negative emotions,

Memories,

Thoughts and feelings.

Dissolving and removing the old and bringing peace,

Tranquility and unconditional love back into your heart,

Mind and body.

As the rainbow healing energies continue their journey up your body bringing deeper levels of healing and relaxation to every area.

They now gently wrap around your lower back and move up the spine one vertebra at a time releasing and relaxing,

Cleansing and clearing any and all tension around the spine.

As the muscles on your back begin and continue to release and let go all the stored tension,

Stress one by one.

The healing continues to move through the body from the upper back to the back of your neck over your head,

Dropping down gently over your facial muscles,

Connecting the two ends of the light in your heart bringing a deeper state of relaxation as you slowly but surely allow yourself to begin to feel all the calmness drifting deeper and deeper now.

From around your neck area the healing power of the light continues to travel down your shoulders into your elbows,

Wrists and through your fingertips and toes.

Like little faucets they open and allow you to surrender like of all the illusions of negatives in a mental,

Emotional,

Physical and spiritual level.

Now open the gates to your imagination even more deeply and visualize an eternal loving and healing white light coming down from the universe and connecting to your heart.

The minute this connection happens your entire body becomes filled with unconditional love and because love energy is one of the most powerful healing energies in the universe.

Your entire body begins to vibrate in this white light on the deepest cellular level and through this vibration your entire mind and body continue to cleanse and clear,

Heal and re-energize,

Restore and rejuvenate experiencing a deeper peace and full night sleep.

Only to wake up when it is needed and afterward returning to your bed and quickly drifting into a sleep state.

Now find yourself lying in your bed completely relaxed at ease as you've just surrendered all the tension and stress from your mind and body and you are going deeper now drifting more deeply allowing yourself and preparing yourself for a peaceful,

Restful,

Full night sleep.

Now feel the soft and cozy sheets on your skin and around your body.

Soon you will drift off into a deep peaceful and restful full night sleep.

Open the gates of your imagination while your eyes remain closed.

Focusing on the peace and relaxation in every area of your mind and body.

Now allow yourself to visualize and imagine standing in front of a beautiful and tranquil body of water.

And to your right stands a safe and secure ship or whatever image you want to create that gives you the complete feeling of safety and security.

All the sounds around you give you the feeling of peace while you find yourself becoming drowsy and sleepy.

All the illusions of negative thoughts,

Emotions and feelings such as stress and tension has now left your body easily and permanently.

As you walk towards the ship or the object your imagination has created,

Notice how old I've been waiting for you for your arrival.

You find yourself feeling completely safe and secure as you get on the ship.

You're completely relaxed and at peace.

As you get on,

Find the most perfect spot where you can rest or lie down.

And visualize and imagine your entire mind and body drifting even deeper now.

As the object you're lying down on,

Whether it's the ship or the boat or the object of your imagination,

It is slowly and gently rocking you to sleep,

Floating and drifting into a dream state,

Going deeper and deeper.

As you now visualize and imagine,

The sun slowly going down as the gentle rocking motion helps you to sleep.

Just allow yourself to experience a deep and restful sleep.

Resting,

Really resting.

As you deserve this rest,

Continue to float and drift deeper into a peaceful dream state,

With a deep knowing that all is well.

When you wake up each and every morning after listening to this recording and experiencing a full night of peaceful and restful sleep,

Remember to always count yourself out.
