John Paul Gauer

John Paul (JP) was called to yoga and mindfulness meditation as an antidote to the stressful life of a corporate worker. In time, his practice allowed him to attend to deeper wounds and live life more fully in line with his purpose. He credits the practices with uncovering innate compassion and lovingkindness for all beings, which he believes we all have the capacity to access. His physical yoga (āsana) practices are taught with embodied awareness.
