Hey,

It's Judy Cranston and today we are going to connect to the frequency of joy.

So start by focusing on your breathing and allowing the breath to flow through your body.

Taking your awareness to your feet or the part of your body that is being supported.

Perhaps you're lying down or sitting,

But whatever is supporting you,

Taking your focus to that.

And noticing how beautifully supported you are in this moment.

How you don't have to do anything,

You can just be.

You can just sit or stand or lie down.

And taking your focus to Mother Earth and imagining roots from your body flowing down into Mother Earth.

And then taking a big breath from Mother Earth all through your body.

And then out again and down again into Mother Earth.

Feeling her life force as she comes through,

Through into your body.

And then focusing above and the cosmos,

All the stars,

All the heavens and taking a breath from above.

Breathing from above and allowing the light of the cosmos to come down into your body.

And then breathing out through your crown as you give back what you have just been given.

And then allowing your breath to come from below and above.

Breathing from below and above at the same time and then breathing out.

And now feeling this beautiful deep connection to all aspects,

To Mother Earth and to the cosmos.

And imagining that you can see your feet on the ground.

Perhaps you're standing or sitting or lying but you can use your imagination to see your feet standing firmly on the ground.

Perhaps you can notice what shoes you might be wearing in your imagination or what shoes you can feel right now.

Perhaps you're wearing shoes or slippers or boots or bare feet.

Seeing your feet on the ground in your shoes right now.

And allowing the energy of the sign of infinity to be painted round your feet as you stand with your feet firmly on the ground.

This beautiful infinity loop flowing around your feet creating an energy of itself.

And imagining that you're wearing a coat and on the coat is stuck a whole lot of things that stop you from feeling joy in your life right now.

They may look like bits of fluff or dust or perhaps they look like little prickles like the ones that come up through the grass in summertime.

Stuck on your coat.

And without thinking too much about what they may be just allow your fingers to grasp the prickles and pull them off your coat and drop them to the ground.

And pull them off your coat and drop them to the ground and as they drop on the ground they drop in one of the sides of the infinity loop.

Perhaps the left,

Perhaps the right.

As they drop to the ground there is a little sound like a drop,

Like a drop of water.

And the more that you drop on the ground in your mind's eye the more little drops of water you see.

And tall surrounding your feet are pools of water with little drops being dropped on the ground.

All the things that are stopping you from feeling joy now on the ground surrounding your feet like a little pool of water.

And allowing yourself and your mind's eye to bend down.

To bend down and see the pools of water surrounding your feet in the infinity sign.

And seeing on the surface of the water little tiny bubbles.

And putting your finger in one of the tiny bubbles and seeing it pop.

And doing it again putting your finger in one of the tiny bubbles and seeing it pop.

And allowing the joy in the moment of popping the bubble to become a life force of its own.

And every time you pop a bubble you feel a little bit of joy come into your finger.

And you pop again and you feel another bit of joy come into your finger.

And you pop again and you feel another bit of joy coming into your finger.

And noticing that as you keep popping these bubbles the joy is flowing into your fingers.

Through into your hands,

Your arms and up into your torso.

And it starts to travel throughout all of your body.

You can feel these bubbles of joy start to travel through all of your body.

And the joy gets stronger and stronger and stronger and stronger.

Until it becomes a force of its own and it's traveling all through your body.

And you know deep within yourself that this joy is traveling through all aspects of your being.

Your physical body,

Your mind,

Your emotions,

Your aura,

All of your chakras.

And out.

And you know that as this bubble of joy bubbles inside you.

So you feel the joy but also you know that you can now be the joy.

And so you're taking some steps outside of your infinity pool.

The pools of joy,

The pools of bubble.

The pools of bubbly joy and stepping outside the pools.

And seeing your feet on the ground and noticing in your mind's eye where you may be in any moment of your day.

And how that bubble,

The bubbles of joy allow you to share joy in the world.

Which is really why we are here.

Yes,

We love to have joy in our being.

Yes,

We love to feel that deep sense of happiness and purpose.

But we also love to share that in the world.

So standing now in the space that you choose in your mind's eye.

Perhaps it's your work.

Perhaps it's your home.

Perhaps it's with your friends or your family.

Perhaps it's in a sacred space.

And allowing the joy that you feel in your body now to emanate out from you.

So it becomes not just for you.

But it becomes for others.

And allowing the joy to flood out of your being.

In a beautiful wave from all sides of you.

From the left and the right and the front and the back and the top and the bottom.

The joy floods out of you.

And as you take a breath in,

You're breathing in the breath of joy.

And as you take a breath out,

You're breathing out the breath of joy.

And allowing yourself to sit in this space for a few moments.

Breathing in the joy.

And breathing out the joy.

And reminding yourself that no matter where you are,

You can always come back to the space of joy.
