Find a comfortable position with your body.

Rest your head and let it be nice and heavy.

Soften your face and let your shoulders,

Legs,

And back relax completely.

Let your entire body get so heavy as you let go of any tension or tightness.

If it feels okay for you,

Close your eyes and get as comfortable as possible.

Take in a deep breath as you fill your belly up with air.

Exhale and let it all go.

Big breath in,

Big breath out.

One more.

Inhale as you fill up.

Exhale as you let your body and mind relax.

Please use this time to take good care of yourself.

Imagine you are walking on the beach.

Feel the warm white sand between your toes.

As you walk slowly next to the greenish blue ocean,

You see friendly dolphins playing in the distance,

Jumping and surfing waves with their family.

They are having so much fun playing in the water.

Take out your favorite blanket and place it down right in front of the ocean in a space that feels safe for you.

Get comfy on this blanket as you watch the dolphins play in the distance.

As you watch the waves,

You are reminded of your breath moving in and moving out.

Every time a wave rolls in,

You breathe in.

And every time a wave moves out,

You release your breath.

Next to you are stones with all your worries written on each one.

You pick up the stones,

Walk over to the ocean,

Feeling the cool water on your feet.

On the count of three,

Throw all the rocks in the ocean and watch as they sink to the bottom of the sea.

One,

Two,

Three,

Splash.

Watch as the stones sink.

Feel all your worries releasing to the bottom of the ocean.

Say to yourself,

I let my worries go.

Give yourself a few moments to throw any more worries into the ocean.

And when you hear the sound of the bell,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Make any small movement that feels comfortable for you.

Gently blink your eyes open and come back to this moment with a new sense of peace and calm.

Anytime you feel like your worries are back in your mind or body,

Imagine yourself throwing worry stones into the ocean,

Letting them sink to the bottom.

Feast of Peace
