Find a space where you can rest comfortably,
Either lying down or sitting up,
And where you won't be interrupted for the next 10 minutes or so.
And use headphones to take advantage of the binaural beats.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head,
And imagine a bright,
Liquid light pouring in through the top,
And slowly filling up and drizzling down your head,
Past your eyes and your nose,
Moving down past your ears and your mouth,
Down into your neck and your shoulders,
Filling up into your arms and down into your hands,
Coming into your heart space,
And filling up your chest,
Melting down into your abdomen,
Surrounding and protecting all of your organs,
Moving down into your pelvic area,
And down into your hips,
And into each leg,
All the way down into your feet,
And deep,
Deep down into the earth,
Branching out like the roots of a tree,
Deeper and deeper with each breath you take,
And see that light reaching the core of the earth,
And bouncing back as if there were a trampoline,
Coming back up into your body and through your feet and legs,
Up into your hips and your abdomen and up into your heart,
And that energy and light flowing down through your arms and out through the palms of your hands,
Surrounding all around you.
Each breath you take in and let out expands that energy a little further.
You're getting larger and larger,
Expanding out into the space and the room where you are,
Expanding larger than the building where you are,
Past the city or town where you are,
Bigger than the state and country,
Expanding as large as the world and out into space,
Reaching all the way into the cosmos with your energy,
Allowing yourself to relax and let your thoughts flow,
Let the wisdom come to you and the healing that you need to receive.
