Today's intention is freedom.

Take a deep breath and imagine releasing anything that feels heavy,

That feels like a struggle or overwhelming.

Freedom isn't something that you chase.

It's something you allow.

Your soul was born to soar,

Unbound by old stories or limitations.

Your natural essence is freedom.

As you breathe,

Feel the space expanding within you and with each inhale creating room for your truest expression,

Each exhale releasing what no longer serves.

Feel the freedom in your breath in and out.

Feel it moving through your body,

Your chest,

Your energy.

Today,

Give yourself permission to be fully,

Freely,

Authentically you.

We'll take a moment now to embody the energy of freedom.

Slowly closing your eyes or gazing ahead,

Finding a comfortable position,

Tuning in now to the inhale and the exhale of your breath,

To the freedom that your breath makes available in your body,

To your heartbeat,

Feeling this energy of free,

Light,

Connectedness,

Release.

Allow it to move throughout your body,

Your cells,

Your organs,

Your tissues.

Let this freedom of breath that you didn't have to earn,

Let it move outside of your body shining out into your energy,

Your auric field.

Now tune in and notice what freedom feels like.

Where does it land?

Where might you feel this in your body temple?

What is the energy,

The signature,

The blueprint of freedom?

Maybe it's a lifting or shifting or a feeling of opening or expansion.

Maybe it feels like open sky,

The top of a mountain.

Notice whatever shows up for you.

Breathe it in and then slowly opening your eyes.

Today noticing moments when you feel free in laughter,

In movement and simply being yourself.

Freedom is found in every breath of trust and release.

Spread your wings and let your soul remember its natural state of expansion,

Of growth,

Of soaring.

Feel that freedom now.
