Infinite Abundance & Power Meditation

Insight Timer family,

Community,

My friends.

This is Julie,

And I'm really grateful and honored to be here with you for this powerful infinite abundance,

Infinite power,

Infinite love meditation.

Today's meditation is gonna be guided and is here to help you tap into your infinite essence and nature.

So I'm gonna invite you right now to make sure that you are in a comfortable space,

Either laying down,

Sitting up,

Propped up against pillows,

Whatever feels good for you.

And just giving yourself the space and the grace to come home to your breath,

Come home to yourself,

Letting your shoulders come down,

Breathing a little slower.

And we're gonna begin by putting one hand on your heart,

If that feels comfortable,

And one hand on your belly.

As you're breathing a little deeper,

A little slower,

Feeling the connection right now to your body,

To your sacred temple that you are living in,

That is carrying you,

Your soul,

Your being at all times.

And first,

We're just gonna tune in to the sacred awe,

The infinite abundance that is you.

I was so amazed when I learned from an incredibly powerful healer,

Rob Orgens,

About being reminded that every morning,

You and I awake with 500 million new cells,

500 million brand new cells,

All attuned to that abundance,

To pure love,

To the divine.

And so just tuning in,

Even if it's not the morning,

Maybe it's the afternoon,

Maybe it's the evening,

And getting ready to go to bed.

Just as you place your hand on your heart,

Connecting to that deep inner wisdom,

That deep place of compassion and unconditional love,

And then having your hand on your belly,

Which is connected to that place of your divine will,

Purpose,

Passion,

Just really feeling the miracle that is you,

Those 500 million new cells that came this morning without having to do anything.

They came without anything on your part.

You did not have to create that or make that happen.

It happened automatically.

And so just feeling that gratitude and abundance of the cells that are now brand new,

Coming in with vitality and vibrancy,

And that are filling and activating all of your other cells.

So if there's a part of your body,

Part of your energy system that needs a little more love and support,

You could imagine those cells right now,

Almost like surrounding,

Hugging that part of your body.

I'm just gonna give you a moment to breathe into that natural abundance that is you,

That infinite abundance.

Every day we are guaranteed 500 million brand new,

Healthy cells.

And so as you tune in to the power,

The infinite power that resides within you,

Just breathing that in,

Breathing that out.

I'm gonna invite you,

Of course,

With eyes closed,

Slowly letting your breath guide you in and out.

We're going to imagine just like the ocean,

Just like the ebbs and flows of the waves.

We're gonna get into that cadence of the infinite ebb and flow,

The infinite cadence of breathing,

Of breath,

Of life,

Of life force.

So inhale,

And exhale,

Good.

One more lovely deep cleansing breath.

Inhale and exhale.

And then as you continue this slower cadence of breathing,

Just gonna invite you to imagine beautiful infinity symbol that is connecting,

Moving from your solar plexus.

This is also known as your third chakra,

That area in your energy field that is again connected to your purpose,

Your passion,

Your self-expression,

Your divine will,

The color associated with this third chakra,

Your solar plexus is a deep yellow or gold.

So just imagining that gold and energetic,

Beautiful infinity symbol going down around your solar plexus,

Up around your heart,

And coming back down again,

Up and down in this beautiful tracing the infinity symbol.

And as it goes up to your heart,

Again,

Really tuning into your heart chakra,

Again,

Located by your heart,

And this area represents deep compassion,

Care,

Appreciation for humanity and all living things.

And of course,

Love,

The deepest love being unconditional,

Meaning not needing,

Wanting,

Needing to prove itself,

Not needing anything,

Just being.

So we tune into that expression of your soul,

Of your higher calling,

And we link it to your heart,

Just noticing that infinity symbol.

And if you are not visual,

You might just feel the energy of that motion of the infinity symbol.

And what we're gonna do,

My friends,

Is we're gonna start to pull that infinity symbol in your mind's eye down to your second chakra.

This is your sacral.

This is where we are tapping into creativity,

Birthing,

Birthing new ideas,

Possibilities,

Birthing people,

Babies.

It's also connected to our sensuality,

The senses,

Our sexuality.

And then we're gonna keep,

So that infinity symbol will still encompass the belly and the heart,

But the one above your heart is gonna move up to your throat.

And your throat chakra right by your throat is all about expressing your voice,

Speaking up.

And so we're just bringing in this infinite power,

Infinite love,

Infinite connection,

Infinite abundance.

And we're bringing that infinity symbol,

We're just stretching it down to cover both your sacral and your throat.

And just affirming,

Give you a moment to take that in,

Affirming that you are this infinite intelligence and power.

Intelligence and power,

You are that,

You are the divine expression.

And so we just imagine again,

That infinity symbol going down around the sacral all the way up to the throat,

Linking all of these four chakras.

And as we do that,

Knowing that we are connecting our creativity,

Our purpose,

Our heart,

And our speaking.

Just take a moment now to breathe that in.

Abando Beautiful.

And now my dear friend,

We are going to imagine that get in your mind's eye we're feeling into that sensation of this golden,

Vibrant,

Energetic,

Sparkling,

Powerful infinity symbol,

Which also looks like the number eight,

The way that we have it right now.

Eight,

Of course,

Is a number that is connected to abundance,

And that will come back in just a moment.

We're gonna extend it now all the way down to your root chakra,

Which is right at the base of your pelvis,

And up to your crown.

So it's gonna go past the third eye,

And up to the crown.

And so just imagining now,

As we extend that infinity symbol,

Now we are moving it down to the root chakra.

This is the base.

This refers to making sure we are grounded and rooted,

And have what we need to be connected to the earth,

To our intentions,

To having that sense of safety and security,

But also rootedness.

And so that infinity symbol is gonna go down through your pelvic area all the way up,

And it's going to encompass your third eye that is below,

Right beneath your brow.

This is the area of deep connection to seeing beyond seeing your third eye,

Your intuition,

Your inner wisdom.

And the infinity symbol is going right up to the top of your head,

The crown chakra.

That is the seventh.

It is the beautiful area around in the top of your head connected to the divine.

And so as you imagine that infinity symbol,

Moving again gracefully going down and back around,

Maybe even just tuning into the pacing,

The cadence,

The infinite feeling of infinite abundance,

Infinite breath,

Infinite life.

I'm gonna give you a moment to pause there before we tune into what is thought of as the eighth chakra,

Again,

Bringing in that number eight.

So just taking a moment now to really feel,

To feel the energy of this infinity symbol moving from the bottom all the way to the top and backward down again.

And acknowledging that creative life force that is always with you,

Abundantly with you,

Infinitely with you,

Guiding you,

Loving you,

Holding you.

We well have to take another deep breath and move at the same time,

Tätä ます Wonderful.

Beautiful.

So from here,

As you're breathing,

Eyes closed,

Feeling that powerful infinite energy that is loving you,

That is moving through you,

We're going to imagine that the infinity symbol goes all the way down into Mother Earth.

So you are rooted and grounded into Mother Earth herself,

And it's energetically going below your feet.

And then the top is expanding a couple feet above your head.

This is also known as the eighth chakra,

That energy that is just a few feet above your head.

This is also connected to the cosmos,

To the cosmos,

To the divine,

To that solar cosmic energy.

And so now really rooting into the eight different energy wheels,

Just focusing today on those eight and feeling that infinity sign way above your head and now going way below the earth.

You might even imagine that this infinity symbol creates a bubble,

Creates an energetic pattern that helps you to feel grounded,

Protected,

Guided.

It can even help you in tough situations,

Difficult people,

Or times of anxiety or fear or worry or doubt or anger,

Frustration.

Just know you can create your infinity symbol and the bubble,

That energy field that only allows in what you desire.

Anything else reverberates right back and gets recycled back into the earth.

Let Mother Earth take any energy that is not for your highest good.

And I know for many of us who are empaths and highly sensitive,

Intuitive folks,

This can be challenging.

So using your infinity symbol now,

Really feeling that energy expanding above and around your body and below your feet.

And just take a few more deep cleansing breaths here before we come back to the present moment and opening your eyes.

Just take a few moments here.

So lovely.

Slowly with deep appreciation for yourself,

For your body temple,

For this infinite energy and abundance,

Power,

Guidance,

Feeling into that,

Feeling that gratitude for yourself for being here today,

For meditating,

Taking a moment to go within.

You can slowly open your eyes.

I hope that this guided infinity meditation brought you more peace,

Brought you closer to the infinite essence that is you.

And I recommend using this as often as you need and desire to help you stay grounded,

Empowered and to really stay in your own energy field and remember how abundant and how loved you are.
