How has meditation impacted your life?
I think I can safely say that it has mitigated my emotional reactions to external stimulus that rises out of my natural karma.
I also have modulated my reaction to a failure or disappointment.
Instead of being disappointed,
I tend to be curious as to why it has failed.
I was poem Sandwich by T Harris,
And we talking about what I could never speak unless my emotional response was cured.
Or react negatively to something.
I don't engage in self-shaming or regrets,
But allow myself to understand how to move forward from a more constructive fashion.
Is it the same easier to guide people to go further financing in parents' areas?
Definitely.
I think that the most important thing is not to be in this mindfulness state just during meditation sessions,
But try to maintain that mindfulness throughout your everyday activities and life.
