Lie down on your back.
You can do this deep relaxation anytime during the day or just before going to sleep in your bed.
You can lie down,
Spread your legs open and open your arms to your sides.
Palms are facing up.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
Now think about your favorite place close to the water.
Maybe you are lying on a warm sandy beach by the sea or somewhere else.
You are so close to the water that the warm soft waves are gently touching your skin.
The waves are moving from your toes up towards your face.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
Your every exhalation is like a wave.
You are like a wave that is washing over your body and taking you deeper and deeper to more relaxed state.
My toes are relaxed.
I relax the soles of my feet.
The soles of my feet are relaxed.
I relax my ankles.
My ankles are relaxed.
I relax my calf muscles.
I relax my calf muscles.
My calf muscles are relaxed.
I relax my knees.
My knees are relaxed.
I relax my thighs.
My thighs are relaxed.

My fingertips are relaxed.
I relax my scalp.
I release all the tension from my scalp now.
I relax my face muscles,

I relax my tongue and my jaw.
I relax my heart,
My brain and my mind.
My heart,
My brain and my mind are relaxed.
I relax myself beyond my mind.
I am fully relaxed.
I go deeper and deeper to more relaxed states.
I notice that sometimes there is more waves on the surface of the water.
Then it is calm again.
After a while comes the storm.
Just like the mind is sometimes peaceful and calm.
And another time it is not that calm at all.
Then it is calm again.
Now I am diving under the surface of the water.
I am observing the underwater world.
I notice that even it might be stormy on the surface.
Underwater world remains always the same.
It is like my inner self.
Always peaceful,
Always calm,
Always blissful.
That is my true self.
