Katharina is an E-RYT500 Certified Yoga Teacher and Therapeutic Specialist with Yoga Medicine, currently continuing her studies in the 1000-hour program. Her work bridges yoga, movement science, and nervous-system regulation, helping people find calm and connection in demanding life phases — from professional pressure and leadership to motherhood and recovery. Her approach combines therapeutic yoga, pranayama, mindfulness, myofascial release, and acupressure to support physical and emotional resilience. She specializes in stress management, burnout prevention, and women’s health, including high-risk pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Through her method Resilience Yoga™, Katharina invites students to rediscover care, clarity, and practice — as pathways to inner balance and embodied resilience in everyday life. Join her live for the Within™ Monthly Reset — a gentle space to release, restore & reconnect. Every first Monday (DE) and first Thursday (EN) of the month at 11:45 am CET on Insight Timer.
