Take a deep breath, in and out, and ponder how often you dwell in the future. You may feel worry, anxiety, or the weight of "should do" and "should not do." Sometimes, the rush and scramble for time add stress. Now, take another calming breath, opening and relaxing. A tiny whisper tickles your ear, saying, "I live in the now." As you breathe and relax, this whisper dances before you, a ballet in your mind. You smile as the words sway and sashay, creating a protective circle around your heart. Your mind eases and slows, and you savor the peaceful now. In this moment of peace, another whisper makes promises: Let go of the "shoulds" and "should nots" until their time comes. Let the future unfold in its own time. Carry the peaceful now with you, always. Namaste, Beautiful.

Take a deep breath in and then out,

And allow yourself to ponder how often you live life in the future.

You might feel worry or anxiety about something in the distance,

Something that is not in the now.

You might hear the words should or should not being repeated in your brain,

Or you might think there's not enough time,

So you hurry,

Scramble,

And add stress to yourself.

Now breathe in again,

A deep,

Calming breath that opens you and relaxes you,

And as you do this,

You hear a tiny whisper that tickles your ear saying,

I live in the now.

As you continue breathing and relaxing,

You notice the tiny whisper again,

I live in the now,

And the words begin dancing in front of you.

You may smile as the words swoop and sashay before you,

Like a ballet on the movie screen of your mind.

After a moment,

You notice the words begin to march,

And they march to the heart where they form a protective circle around it,

And as the words guard your heart,

You notice a gentle shift within,

As if your mind eases and slows,

Everything slows,

And you savor the moment,

A peaceful moment,

In the now.

And in your moment of peace,

You hear another whisper with promises for you,

A promise to let the shoulds and should nots go,

Until it's their time to be,

A promise to let the future come in its time,

And a promise to carry the peaceful now with you.
