Thanks for joining me for this meditation.
Close your eyes and find your breath,
Let its rhythm slow you down as your body sinks into your bed,
Breathe,
And feel your body unfold and relax,
The world around you has been loud,
And your thoughts have been spinning,
Trying to solve,
To plan,
To understand,
To keep up with all that's asked of you,
But here in this moment,
You're allowed to set it all down and release it so you can rest,
Let the weight of those thoughts drift softly to the side,
Feel them hover in the air,
Suspended,
No longer pressing,
No longer urgent,
Notice the tender rise and fall of your breath,
And feel its gentle rhythm,
Steady and true,
So constant,
So loyal,
Breathe in,
Feeling life fill you,
And as you breathe out,
Feel any tension dissolve,
As if it's all washing out of you like water,
There is nothing you need to carry now,
Nothing you need to hold or solve,
Just be here with yourself,
In this quiet and open space,
Let each breath be a lullaby,
Singing your mind into ease,
And your body into softness,
Feel your face relax,
Your shoulders lower,
And your jaw soften,
In this moment,
As you listen to your breath,
Let it become a gentle wave,
Rocking you deeper into a sea of calm,
There is no rush,
No race,
Only this beautiful,
Slow descent into rest,
You're allowed to let go,
To step off the wheel of must-do's and must-fix,
Let yourself surrender to the soft pull of peace,
To the depth of stillness waiting just for you,
Breathe deep,
And then feel your whole body exhale,
Letting go just a little more with each breath,
Feel your hands release,
And your heart unburden,
And your mind quiet,
It's safe to rest,
To soften,
To let yourself fall deeply into this embrace of calm,
As you settle,
Remember that you are worthy of this gentleness,
You deserve to let your spirit rest,
To let your mind calm,
You have done enough,
You are enough,
There is nothing more you need to do,
Nothing you need to prove,
Simply breathe,
And allow yourself to be,
Feel your legs grow heavy,
Your feet warm,
And your entire body sinking deeper,
Softer,
Heavier into this bed,
Into this night,
Your mind is empty now,
So feel yourself floating,
Carried on waves of peace and surrender,
Gently guided into the heart of deep sleep,
