Kati started her path to meditation through my own struggles with stress and over-load in the workplace, reaching complete burn out. Working for over 15 years in the demanding and fast-paced world of fashion design. She found herself over worked, signed off with back pain from stress, one day simply not being able to get up from the pain. She has been on quite a journey since then... from buddhism, meditation and yoga to heal herself to launching Kati Kaia to inspire more balance and creative living, through immersive eco yoga mats and meditation accessories, with a store in central london! She became a yoga and meditation teacher to share the tools that changed her life and have bought more peace and joy to those seeking more balance and empowering practice.If we could all support each other and help heal from our past, to step more fully and rounded into the future, well that would be a wonderful world.
