Hello and welcome to your abundance meditation practice.
Let's begin by taking a comfortable seat.
Sitting cross-legged on the ground or perhaps sitting in a chair with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Taking inhale through the nose,
Lengthening through your spine,
Reaching the crown of your head towards the sky.
Yet still feeling your sit bones planted firmly.
Begin to go inwards,
Closing your eyes and connecting with your breath.
Allowing the lips to seal smooth,
Gentle breaths in and out of your nose.
Feel the expansion in your chest as you inhale.
And then notice the belly gently pull in and up on the exhale.
Let's begin by calling to mind all of the things we have to be grateful for.
Maybe you're grateful for your health,
For your family,
For a job that you enjoy going to daily,
Friends,
Children,
Activities that you enjoy.
When we focus our attention on the things that we do have,
We find gratitude in them.
When we begin to think about the things that we don't have,
Our energy becomes an energy of lack and the universe responds.
So likewise,
When we focus on what we do have,
The things that we are grateful for,
The universe finds that as a signal to give you more.
Wherever your focus goes,
Energy flows.
So if you're thinking about what you don't have,
You will indeed have less.
Bringing your attention and awareness back to your breath.
Breathing in and out,
Smooth,
Even breaths.
Now I want you to think about something that you would like to manifest.
Maybe it's a new job or a new home or anything else that you are thinking of.
Bring that to mind.
Think about what it would feel like to have that in your life.
Visualize yourself having that thing,
How your life would change and what you would feel like.
Happy,
Excited,
Content.
Taking a few moments to think about what you would like to create in your life,
But all the while being grateful and thankful for what you already have.
Energy flows where our attention goes.
So when we focus on the good,
We create more.
When we focus on the lack,
Then we do see lack.
We see less.
Breathing smooth,
Gentle breaths in and out of your nose.
Take a final moment here to show gratitude for what you have,
Knowing we all have our own blessings.
Begin to bring some movement to your toes and to your hands.
Gently blinking,
Open your eyes.
Inhaling your arms up and overhead.
And exhale,
Bringing your hands down to your heart center with that divine universal energy that we are all connected to.
The light in me salutes and honors the light in you.
Namaste.
