KC believes yoga is for every body. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. In her previous career, as a special education teacher, she discovered yoga. She first began to teach her students yoga and saw all the amazing benefits her students received. She enjoys teaching Vinyasa-based movement, Yin Yoga, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga for women/teens who are survivors of trauma. Most recently, KC has become a holistic health and wellness coach, which combines her passion of food, yoga, and meditation.
