Pausing here for a moment to show some gratitude for my body and all that she does.
Hello,
My name is Casey and I am so happy you are joining me today.
Take a moment to sit up nice and tall.
Your back is being supported by a chair,
A wall,
Or just using your abdominals.
Allow your eyes to close or soften.
On your next inhale,
Lengthen the crown of your head towards the sky and gently allow your shoulders to move down your back.
Take this moment now to acknowledge your body and all of the processes that happen each and every single day without you even asking.
I want to thank my body for all that she does for me each and every single day and I will nourish her with good food,
Clean water,
Plenty of rest,
And movement.
This is how I show myself that I love me.
I am worth it.
I am worthy.
Sitting here for a few more breaths,
Feeling that gratitude for yourself,
Gratitude for this body that you inhabit.
On your next inhale,
Reach your arms up and overhead,
Exhaling down your palms to your heart center along with all of that divine universal energy.
That universal energy vibrates as the frequency of love through which you and I and all sentient beings are connected.
The light in me salutes and honors the light in you.
