Hello and welcome to your EFT on releasing shame and self-blame.
My name is Kacie and I will be leading you on this exercise.
First off,
We're going to rate our most pressing issue on a scale of 1 to 10.
So take a moment now to evaluate where you are on that scale of 1 to 10,
10 being the most extreme,
1 being not really affected at all.
There is no right or wrong answer here.
We will state our most pressing issue three times and then we will move on and I will guide you on where we are tapping.
So let us begin.
Starting at the karate chop point,
Even though I feel shame and self-blame,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I feel shame and self-blame,

I deeply and completely accept myself.
Third eye,
I have this feeling in my gut,
My chest,
My shoulders,
My hips,
And my lower back.
Side eye,
I am overcome with shame and guilt.
Under eye,
I don't know what to do.
Under the nose,
I don't want to feel this way anymore.
Chin,
No matter what I seem to do,
I can't shake this feeling.
It always comes back.
Collarbone,
Living with the shame is intolerable.
Underarm,
I want to let go and release this shame.
Crown,
I don't want to feel this way anymore.
Round two,
Third eye,
I want to live shame-free.
Side eye,
I deserve to live in peace and love.
Under eye,
There's nothing I can do to change the past.
Under nose,
All I can do is move forward.
Chin,
I don't need to carry the shame with me anymore.
Collarbone,
I am not who I used to be.
Underarm,
I can break free from the old mold of who I used to be.
Crown,
I have changed.
Round three,
Third eye,
I am ready to move forward.
Side eye,
I am a new person.
Under eye,
My habits are changing.
Under nose,
Little changes here and there help me form new good healthy habits.
Chin,
These habits support who I want to be.
Collarbone,
I am taking steps to free myself from shame.
Underarm,
I can do this.
Crown,
I can live shame-free.
Round four,
Third eye,
I am so much lighter without the shame.
Side eye,
I have changed.
Under eye,
I deserve to live in peace and love.
It is my birthright.
Under the nose,
I feel like I can breathe easier.
Chin,
My thoughts are clear,
No longer spiraling.
Collarbone,
I feel calm.
Underarm,
I live in love.
Crown,
I am free from my shame.
And take a moment here before you open your eyes,
Just allow your hands to sit in your lap.
Take a moment to evaluate how you feel on that scale of one to ten.
Does it feel like you have been able to go down the scale a little bit?
Maybe you feel the same or maybe nothing has changed at all.
That's fine.
Just keep practicing.
Whether you had a change on the scale or not,
Keep coming back to the practice.
Remember,
Healing is not a one and done thing.
There are many layers to healing.
