Kernesa had been practicing yoga on and off for several years. During COVID, she decided to enroll in teacher training to expand her own practice. Upon graduation, and a focused training in meditation, she began to teach a meditation class. Kernesa's approach to meditation includes leveraging the breath to cultivate presence, using visualizations to build a sense of peace and calm, leveraging mindfulness to quiet the mind and then opening up the connection to listen to your inner wisdom.
