
20 Minutes Of Loving Kindness
This is a longer version of the Loving Kindness Break, with longer pauses for an extended practice. Loving Kindness meditation reminds us of our connection with other humans, and our shared needs to be happy, healthy and safe. In this meditation we wish kindly towards someone we care for, someone neutral, someone not so easy, and ourselves. Compassion is a Reiki precept and this meditation accompanies Keziah's Precepts course, and can be enjoyed alone. Music by Chris Collins.
