Khana Lacewell is a psychotherapist and meditation teacher for individuals and organizations. She completed intensive training in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction), and uses her psychology background, life experience, and own mindfulness practice as resources to teach and share tangible skills with others. Khana makes the mindful skills of awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion easily accessible, and creates a positive, conscious way to manage the complexities of our current world.
