Wellbeing practitioner psychotherapist coach yoga, MA

Kim Hill is a psychotherapist, coach and yoga teacher specialising in nervous system regulation, neuroplastic symptoms, trauma‑informed care and self‑compassion‑based approaches for people who experience big sensations, chronic symptoms or an overprotective nervous system. My work is gentle, clear and grounded in the belief that your body is not broken — it’s doing its best to protect you. I create Neurodivergent‑friendly practices that help you understand your symptoms without fear, soften patterns of overwhelm, and feel safe enough to settle. My guided sessions blend psychoeducation, somatic awareness and kindness, offering small moments of regulation that can reshape the nervous system over time. If you live with chronic pain, fatigue, dizziness, gut discomfort, sensory sensitivity or emotional overwhelm, you’re welcome here. My series and practices are designed to help you feel understood, supported and gently empowered in your healing. You can explore more of my work — including free deeper trainings and resources — at artwellbeing.uk. Self compassion, kindness and safety reshape the nervous system.
