Somatic tracking is a gentle way to interrupt the fear–symptom cycle that often keeps chronic fatigue and chronic pain alive. In this practice, you’ll learn to pause, notice a sensation with curiosity, and become the observer rather than the reactor. When you soften your attention and simply witness what’s happening in your body, your nervous system receives a message of safety. Over time, these small moments of pausing, sensing and observing help reduce amplification, ease reactivity and support your system in settling — especially when sensations feel big or overwhelming.
