Make sure that you are in a comfortable position,

So that you can really relax.

And feel how your body is touching your bed,

Or your sofa,

Your chair.

And feel how you are being supported.

Feel how your body is being supported.

And below you,

Below your bed,

Or your sofa,

Your chair,

There's the floor.

If you go even lower,

There's the earth.

The earth is also supporting you,

Always.

You are being supported,

Carried by the earth.

Just focus on your breathing for a moment.

Just observe without judgement.

Feel how the air is flowing in and out of your body.

And if you notice that you are breathing a little quickly,

And maybe still high in your chest,

You can place a hand on your belly,

To help you slow down your breathing,

And to breathe deeper into your belly,

Helping your body to relax more and more.

Breathe deeply and slowly,

Relaxing more and more with every breath you take.

And then you imagine that you are walking on the beach.

It's a beautiful night and the stars are shining bright.

And of course,

There's the full moon,

Shining bright.

You feel the sand beneath your feet.

You hear the relaxing sound of the waves coming and going.

You feel the calm energy of this place,

Of this beach.

It's so calm,

It even feels a little magical.

You feel this magical energy in the air.

And just keep walking,

Slowly and peacefully.

You have nowhere to go.

Enjoy this moment for yourself.

A moment of relaxation,

A moment of calm.

And notice that the more you walk here on this beautiful beach,

The calmer you feel inside.

Your mind starts to slow down.

You feel calmer and calmer.

Keep walking for a while,

Feeling the sand tickling between your toes.

Feeling your feet on the sand helps you to feel more and more grounded,

Really connected to the earth.

Listen to the sounds of the waves,

That calming sound.

Feel how you relax more and more and more.

And then you walk towards the water.

You put your feet in the water and you feel the refreshing energy of the water,

Not only touching your feet,

But also touching your whole energy.

The water has this refreshing,

Healing energy.

And by standing with your feet in the water,

The energy of the water is clearing and cleansing your energy,

Making it feel lighter,

Helping you to let go of your day,

Helping you to let go of your week.

Just really arriving here more and more,

Being more and more in the present moment.

Because this moment is all we have,

It's all there is.

The past has been and the future is yet to come,

But this moment is always here,

It's always this moment.

And as you stand there with your feet in the water,

You feel your feet sink even more into the sand,

Making you feel even more grounded.

And then you notice that from the full moon,

A special beam of moonlight shines onto you.

And it touches your head.

And this moonlight,

This magical moonlight,

Is starting to fill you up,

Little by little.

Just keep breathing and allow the magic to happen.

And the moonlight fills your head,

Pushing away stress and tension,

Pushing away any negative thoughts that you are having about yourself or about others or about situations in your life or in the world.

And this moonlight pushes all these negative thoughts away,

Making space for beautiful thoughts.

And then it flows down through your neck and your shoulders,

Pushing away any stress and tension that you were holding there.

And allow your neck and your shoulders to relax,

As the moonlight fills you more and more.

And it flows through your arms,

Through your hands,

Your fingers.

If you would be looking at your fingers now,

You would see them shining bright with moonlight.

And it flows through your back and your chest,

Filling you more and more,

Pushing away negative energy that you picked up from others or from places you've been to,

Pushing away stress and tension that you were holding onto.

It's time to let go now.

Let the moonlight do this healing for you.

Allow the healing to happen.

Allow the light to fill you up more and more.

And maybe you can see it fill you.

Maybe you can feel it.

But trust that it happens,

Even if you don't see it or don't feel it.

Just keep breathing,

Deeply and slowly.

And the moonlight flows to your lower back,

Onto your belly,

And your hips,

And everywhere it goes.

Just clearing and cleansing the energy inside of you,

Taking away stress and tension,

Maybe even easing pain,

Making your energy feel lighter and lighter.

The light flows down through your legs,

All the way down to your feet,

Until you are,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

Completely filled with the light of the full moon.

If you would be looking at yourself from a distance,

You would see that you are shining bright with this light.

And the light also now starts to flow out of your body into your energy,

Filling the space around you,

Clearing and cleansing that energy too.

Clearing and cleansing this space around you,

Taking away anything that is not yours that you picked up from others.

And keep breathing deeply and slowly,

As the moonlight does its healing work for you.

Anything that you were carrying with you,

That you don't need anymore,

Is being cleared and cleansed,

Taken away by the light of the moon.

Any fears that you picked up from others,

You can let them go now.

And maybe even your own fears.

Your fears can sometimes keep us safe,

But often they are just holding us back.

So just breathe and be open to letting some of these fears go.

Trust in the moonlight.

This magical healing light knows what to do.

Anything that is not serving you is being taken away.

You feel lighter and lighter.

And maybe happier and happier,

Now that you are letting go of all this heaviness.

And now that stress and tension has been healed in your body.

And now that your energy is being cleared and cleansed from whatever is not serving you.

Anything that you can let go of in this moment,

You can let go of now.

And the moonlight is helping you.

And you are completely filled with this beautiful light of the moon,

But so is the energy around you.

A beautiful bubble of moonlight is surrounding you.

And just look at yourself from a distance.

What do you see?

A beautiful being of light?

Or maybe do you still notice some places where you haven't let the light in?

And just breathe into that.

Breathe into that place.

And allow more light to come there.

You know that now you are filled with this light of the moon.

You can see yourself as a bright shining light,

But you are a being of light.

Not just now,

But always.

And you can always choose to shine your light into the world.

And maybe now this light of the full moon is helping you to remember what it feels like.

To shine your light.

You can be a light for others.

And you can be a light for yourself.

Know that you are allowed to shine your light.

And it doesn't have to be in a big way.

You can shine your light on the people around you.

Your colleagues at work.

Your family,

Your friends.

Be the light in their lives.

Smile when they don't.

Support them.

Or just be there with your bright shining presence.

You are enough with your light.

The way you are.

And just being present with someone can be all they needed.

Or a text.

Hey,

How are you?

I'm thinking about you.

All these small things can really make someone's day.

And they can change someone's life.

You are allowed to shine your light.

And now take a deep breath in.

And slowly breathe out.

You're still standing with your feet in the water.

And you feel the waves coming and going.

Flowing over your feet and your ankles.

And I'd like you to check in with yourself for a moment.

Just feel how you are feeling right now.

Do you notice a difference with when you started this meditation?

And if you don't know,

That's also okay.

Just observe without judgement.

Maybe you're feeling lighter.

Maybe you're feeling emotional because of everything that happened.

It's all okay,

Don't worry.

Let's start to walk on the beach again for a moment.

Feeling your feet touch the ground with every step you take.

Breathing deeply and slowly.

Still feeling that magical energy in the air.

Seeing the full moon shining bright.

And you smell that salty air.

Maybe you even taste salt on your lips a little bit.

And keep walking slowly and peacefully.

Letting it all sink in.

Enjoying the beautiful star shining bright above you.

Enjoying the full moon and its energy and its lights.

And I hope that you are feeling lighter and brighter and that you know that you are a being of light and that you are allowed to shine.

To shine your light into the world.

You are an amazing human being,

A beautiful soul.

And I hope you will shine your light.

The world needs your light.

Let's shine bright together.

And now it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.

To the place where you're lying or sitting.

And slowly you start to move a little with your hands and your feet.

And maybe you'd like to stretch your whole body.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

And if you're not ready yet,

Take your time.

Very good meditation to meditate on a full moon day , my body feels lighter and more calm. I love the sound of the chimes too. Overall very relaxing!
