Feeling stressed or overwhelmed at the end of a busy day? Or because of everything that’s happening in the world? Let the magical blanket help you to let go of stress, sadness, and overwhelm. All feelings are allowed to be there, but this blanket helps you when it feels like too much. This live (and longer) version of this meditation begins with the magical sound of the chimes. They’ll also be used later on in the meditation. Just like singing bowls the sound of the chimes has a healing effect.

Okay so make sure that you are comfortable maybe you'd like to sit down,

Maybe you would like to lie down just make sure that you can really relax and then you feel your body touching your bed or your sofa or your chair and just feel how your body is being supported supported by your bed your sofa and your chair and below that by the floor by your house or apartment and then also by the earth just imagine the earth carrying you supporting you and then you focus on your breathing just observe the air flowing in and out of your body and just observe without judgment observe if you are breathing slowly or quickly if you're breathing to your belly or maybe breathing more high in your chest just become aware and if you notice that you're breathing a little quickly or high in your chest,

You can place a hand on your belly or both hands to help you slow down your breathing and to breathe deeper into your belly breathe deeply and slowly allowing your body to relax more and more and then you imagine that you are walking in the forest it's a beautiful day the sun is shining through the branches and the leaves and it gives the forest a magical look you feel the warmth of the sunshine on your face and you feel a soft breeze gently blowing through your hair and you feel a soft ground of the forest beneath your feet with every step you take you feel more grounded and more relaxed and just walk very slowly,

Enjoying the beautiful forest enjoying the calm energy surrounding you feeling the healing energy of the trees,

The healing energy of nature and keep walking,

Feeling the earth beneath your feet and try to see if you can walk a little slower you have nowhere to go and often we are hurrying much more than we think so sometimes even when we are trying to walk slowly we can still walk more quickly than we thought so really try to slow down enjoy this moment for yourself,

Enjoy the forest and don't forget to keep breathing deeply and slowly and feel how you relax more and more you still feel the sunshine shining on you,

Touching your face and you feel that soft breeze blowing through your hair and you smell that earthy scent of the forest of the leaves on the ground,

Of the trees around you of the earth and just keep walking,

Really feeling your feet touch the ground with every step you take and then you arrive at a lovely cabin and you see on the door it has your name on it the door opens and you take a look inside and this cabin is so cozy,

It has a lot of things that you love you see a picture on the wall of something that you love maybe an animal,

Maybe a place in nature,

Maybe someone you love and you know that this cabin is here for you and then you see the sofa,

A comfy sofa it looks so inviting and you decide to sit or lie down on the sofa and when you do so you feel a tingling sensation go through your body and you know this sofa is your sofa,

It's here for you and you feel how you relax even more and you feel safe here in this cabin,

In the woods and you feel so relaxed and calm and then you see the blanket,

The magical blanket that is waiting there for you and you put that magical blanket around you and when you do you feel the healing energy of this blanket you feel the tingling sensation go through your body and energy and you feel that something starts to happen and this magical blanket has a lovely color or colors and magical sparkles and it's so warm and comfy and as you breathe deeply and slowly you feel that this blanket is helping you to release feelings of overwhelm just keep breathing deeply and slowly and know that this blanket is helping you to release and let go of what you wish to release and let go in this moment and of any heavy energy so if you picked up a lot from others,

Making you feel overwhelmed you're releasing that now,

The magic and the healing energy of the blanket is helping you to let go you feel these feelings of overwhelm,

Becoming lighter and lighter going away and also any feelings of sadness maybe you lost someone or an animal that was really dear to you and you feel how this blanket comforts you sends out a comforting energy and you feel held,

You feel loved and supported and you know that you're not alone and know that all feelings are allowed to be there but sometimes it can feel so heavy and this blanket is helping you to let go of that heavy feeling and sometimes feelings can feel like too much,

Making you feel overwhelmed again and try to breathe through it and allow this feeling of overwhelm to disappear little by little by the magical energy of this blanket and maybe you are experiencing feelings of anxiety which can make you feel very bad and maybe doubting yourself,

Maybe also making you feel overwhelmed there's so many things that can make us feel overwhelmed,

A lot of things that can feel like too much and just keep breathing deeply and slowly and allow this blanket to do its healing work on you and trust that the blanket knows what to do,

This is a magical blanket I'm going to give you a moment now with this blanket,

Supporting you with the chimes and know that this blanket is helping you to let go and no matter what is causing your feelings of overwhelm,

You can let them go you don't have to feel overwhelmed,

But don't judge yourself,

Be kind and keep breathing deeply and slowly and now you are feeling overwhelmed,

Be kind and be kind and now you are feeling overwhelmed,

Be kind and be kind breathe deeply and slowly and feel the magical healing energy of the blanket that you have put around you here in this cozy cabin in the woods and as you keep breathing deeply and slowly and the magical blanket is doing its work for you you notice that your energy feels lighter and lighter all heaviness is being transformed by the magical blanket any energy that is not yours is being sent back to where it came from anything that you don't need anymore,

That you are holding on to,

Is being released you are like a light that shines brighter and brighter all this heaviness is like dust being removed from a light bulb all this heaviness,

All these things you are releasing today,

They were holding you back from enjoying life from feeling great,

Feeling safe,

Feeling loved,

Whatever it is that it was doing for you it's time to step into your own power to really feel like you,

To feel amazing and to know that you are amazing and that you don't have to be perfect to be amazing it's time to stop holding yourself back for whatever reason it's time to shine your lights and to realize that you are worthy of anything you desire worthy of living your best life,

Worthy of love,

Fun,

Happiness and now take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out you feel the comfy sofa supporting you and you feel that warm magical blanket around you and you know that the magical blanket did its healing for you today what needed to be released is released and it's time for you to take the blanket off for now,

Because you don't need it anymore,

Not right now you put the blanket on the sofa and you get up and you go out of the cabin again into the forest where you enjoy the sunshine on your face and you feel the soft ground beneath your feet and just walk a little,

Very slowly feeling that soft ground beneath your feet and you smell that earthy scent of the forest again and I'd like you to check in with yourself for a moment how are you feeling?

Do you notice that your energy is feeling lighter than when you started this meditation?

And just become aware of how you're feeling,

Don't judge yourself there's no wrong answer in this,

It's just becoming aware are you feeling lighter,

Happier?

Or maybe you're just feeling emotional or maybe you're feeling relaxed maybe something completely different,

It's all okay and keep walking a little longer,

Enjoying the calm energy of the forest enjoying the beautiful trees around you seeing the sunshine shine through the leaves and the branches feeling your feet touch the ground breathing deeply and slowly and maybe after all that you let go,

Maybe you have a smile on your beautiful face and with that smile,

Whatever it is you're experiencing right now it is time to slowly come back to the here and now to the place where you're lying or sitting,

Listening to my voice and slowly you start to move a little with your hands at your feet maybe you'd like to stretch your whole body take your time and then when you're ready,

You can open your eyes
