She's also a Business Coach and Mentor (ILM5) and a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and mindfulness helps her to balance the demands of her career with those of being a Mum, a friend, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a human etc! Instead of always being lost in work thoughts, mindfulness helps her to return to the present moment and to be there for the moments, and people, that matter most. As a result, she now has lower levels of stress and anxiety and is happier and more compassionate. She's passionate about sharing mindfulness with others so they too can have a sense of presence and stability, with less stress, tension and anxiety.
