Karen is an accredited mindfulness teacher and supervisor, accredited executive coach, supervisor, mentor and facilitator. She set up Parcival in 2008 and offers tailored mindfulness and coaching programmes for the workplace to foster healthy minds and hearts. Karen is a practising Buddhist and has had her own mindfulness and meditation practice for 16 years. She is an associate teacher with Breathworks UK and a member of the British Association for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA).
