Kristi is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching yoga since 2015. She creates mindful yoga sequences that are accessible and provides a variety of options for most poses, utilizing the breath to anchor oneself into the present moment. Her wish as a teacher is to help you listen and learn, creating more space in your mind, body, and heart, and ultimately develop a deeper practice with yourself, both on and off the mat. She knows that a better understanding of oneself plants positive seeds for a better world. Kristi is a mother, a 20+ year public school educator, breast cancer survivor, and spinal fusion recipient.
