I've been practicing yoga and meditation for 25 years and teaching for 16 years. I started yoga because of high levels of stress, anxiety and had a panic attacks. I was able to successfully address the symptoms through yoga and meditation and get back to normal living. Not saying I’m stress free but I’m definitely bringing a more accepting and resilient approach to challenges these days. In recent years I’ve discovered how self awareness and mindfulness is really key to our ability to ‘be with’ whatever is happening in our lives, with kindness and inner strength. You CAN learn simple and effective techniques and apply them with success in your life.
