Welcome to today's mindfulness practice.

Manifest the 2021 of your dreams.

I am Mindfully Laura and thank you so much for being here.

We'll start by taking a comfortable seat.

You're welcome to do this practice seated,

Lying down,

Whatever works for you.

We really want this to be a nourishing experience and a happy experience as we allow ourselves to create the future year ahead.

And my intention and wish for you all is to give yourself permission to dream.

And so if you're in a comfortable position,

Just allowing your eyes to close if that feels comfortable or if you prefer you can lower your gaze to the floor.

And start by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Breathing in and out through the nose.

Just noticing the inhale.

Noticing the exhale.

And imagining with every exhale that you're allowing your body and your mind to relax deeper and deeper.

Knowing that there's nowhere else you need to be.

Knowing that you are giving yourself this time to support yourself and your future.

And bringing your awareness to the room that you're in,

Wherever you are.

Bringing your awareness to the air that surrounds you.

Noticing any temperature.

Noticing any sounds.

Smells.

And seeing if we can just notice without judging.

Bringing a curiosity.

And I invite you to imagine that there is a door in the room that you're in,

All the space that you're currently occupying.

And that door can be a real door,

Can be an imagined door.

I invite you to imagine walking towards that door.

Really experiencing what it would be like to walk towards that door and then noticing anything you notice about the door.

The colour,

The texture,

The handle.

And then seeing or experiencing yourself reaching out and opening the door.

On the other side of the door there is a staircase and I invite you to walk through the door to the top of the staircase,

Closing the door behind you.

We're going to walk down the staircase together,

Seeing yourself in your mind's eye,

Descending the staircase,

Knowing you are perfectly safe.

And with each step you take down,

You will be feeling more and more relaxed.

Seeing yourself lifting your foot to take that first step down,

Step 10.

Feeling more relaxed as you imagine step 9.

Again,

Down to step 8.

Seeing yourself in your mind's eye,

Step down to step 7.

Feeling more and more relaxed as you step to step 6.

Halfway there,

You're at step 5.

Feeling more and more relaxed.

Step 4.

Seeing yourself step down to step 3.

Feeling more and more relaxed,

Step 1.

And now you've reached the bottom of the staircase.

You're on a path and again you feel very safe.

When you walk along the path it's daylight and you notice up ahead that there is a structure with a door and windows.

And you can design this structure to be whatever you want it to be.

It's not important allowing yourself permission to see whatever your subconscious mind chooses to see.

And I invite you to walk over to the structure,

The building and to imagine yourself opening the door.

And stepping inside,

You see a beautiful room,

Designed just how you like it.

Take the moment now to look around and imagine the colours that you would see,

The furnishings,

Maybe there's plants.

Look around and take in what you notice.

In the middle of the room you see a chair.

I invite you to walk over to this chair and take a seat.

It's a very comfortable chair and you feel yourself more and more relaxed.

And you know that in a moment through the door someone else will walk in and it will be a person that you will be excited to see.

You'll be happy to see them.

And the door opens and in walks this figure and it is you,

365 days into the future.

Just watch them enter the room.

Just notice what you notice about them.

What are they wearing?

How do they hold themselves?

How do you imagine that they are feeling?

What do you think is important to them?

Just noticing whatever you notice about future you.

And then inviting them to come and have a conversation with you.

See them walk towards you.

You're going to ask them several questions and we're going to listen to the response.

Knowing that your brilliant subconscious mind will provide answers if not now then maybe later and there is no need to force anything or to change anything.

The first question that we'll ask your future self is what was the most important thing you manifested in 2021?

Just listening to what you hear.

Knowing that if nothing comes that's okay.

Maybe it's just a word.

Maybe it's more.

Whatever comes is just as it's meant to be.

The next question you'll ask your future self is what did you have to let go of to make space for what you manifested?

Again just listening.

Noticing.

Knowing that you will remember anything that is important for you to remember.

Our only job is to stay in this relaxed state and stay curious and open.

As we move into the final question for your future self how do you feel now having manifested what you wanted to in 2021?

How do you feel now?

Knowing that you will remember anything that is important for you to remember.

Then seeing your future self reach out to hand you a book and you're still seated in the seat in the chair and you allow yourself to look through this book and the book is beautiful see how it's designed see the colors the texture and on the front is your name at the year 2021.

You open it excitedly to see pictures words whatever you think is right for you to represent the year ahead 2021.

Take a moment now to imagine flicking through this book and noticing what you notice what stands out as you look through the words and the pictures photos.

Just noticing how it feels to look at this book full of happy times and achievements.

Knowing that it's all possible and then closing the book and getting up and placing the book on the chair behind you and thanking your future self and now it's time to head to the door opening it and walking through closing it behind you and you end up back on the path heading towards the staircase and this time with each step up you're going to feel more and more alert stepping up to step one step two step three feeling more alert and present as you reach to step four step five halfway now feeling more awareness in your body step six step seven feeling your hands and your feet step eight almost there step nine feeling fully aware and awake as you get to step ten imagining yourself opening that door walking through closing it behind you and coming back to the seat where you now sit knowing that anything that is important about this practice you will remember and that anything that you want to be true in 2021 is possible that you are worthy of everything that you are looking to manifest thank you for practicing with me today wishing you a joyful and abundantHello everyone.
