Welcome to this meditation on entering into the heart.
A place of love,
Joy,
Beauty,
Peace and contentment.
We're going to move away from survival,
Out of stress,
Worry and anxiety,
And into the heart.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Just taking the next few minutes for you to invest your precious life force energy into who you can become.
Begin by focusing on your breath.
The breath is a doorway into that inner potential.
And as you slow down the breath,
Notice that you slow down your mind.
Inhale through the nose,
Long,
Slow and deep.
Exhale through the nose,
Soft and silky smooth.
Just relax.
Let your breath be a guide,
Taking you out of your head and into your heart.
Slow,
Relaxed breathing in and out through the nose.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
Notice that any tension in your neck and shoulders just starts to melt like ice turning to water.
And water turning into the flow of your own inner power.
Let any tension or tightness melt out of your neck,
Jaw,
Muscles of your face,
Like ice to water,
And water into purified vapor or steam that's warm and comforting.
Have that sense of comfort,
Relaxation moving through the top of the shoulders.
This warm,
Relaxing energy circulating through your upper back.
Take a deep breath and melt any tension down both sides of your spine all the way to your lower back,
Like ice melting to water,
And water turning into the flow of free flowing energy.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Transforming any tension or tightness like ice to water,
And water to steam.
This warm,
Inviting energy is moving through your body.
And as your body relaxes,
Notice that your mind relaxes.
And as the thoughts clear by clouds parting,
Revealing the spaciousness of the sky,
Tune in to what's possible for you.
Bring your attention to the light of your mind.
Bring your attention to the center of your chest.
This is the heart center.
And when we come from the heart,
We navigate towards the place of inner peace,
Joy,
Contentment,
And what truly brings us happiness.
Move your awareness here into the heart.
And like clouds parting,
Feel a sense of warm,
Radiant energy shining into your heart center.
And as you breathe into the heart,
Notice that you're tuned in to what's possible.
For in the heart,
You are connected to the unlimited possibilities,
Both within you and all around you.
Imagine those clouds parting in radiant golden light,
Pure sunlight shining into your heart center.
And as those clouds part,
So does the stress and the worries.
Feel them just glide away.
And as they glide away,
Notice that that sunlight was always there.
Your connection to sources is always there.
As they glide away,
Notice that that sunlight was always there.
Your connection to source energy is always there.
Breathe it in.
Feel your heart absorbing this golden light like a flower opening up to the sun.
And from this place of heart focused awareness,
Just think about what you want to create in the rest of your day.
Orienting,
Getting guidance towards what is going to bring you fulfillment,
Joy,
And a deep connection to your purpose.
Moving out of the head,
Out of our thoughts,
Our busy mind,
And into the heart,
We get guidance towards a different energy.
Feel a sense of guidance to what it is you want to create,
What is inspiring you.
For the heart has answers that are unknown to the head.
Just be observant.
Relax into the breath.
Let the heart awaken like a flower into the sunlight.
And in this place,
You know who you are.
You know what you want.
And as we come out of our meditation,
You'll know how to take action in that direction.
Continue to breathe slow and deep in through the nose,
Out through the nose,
Feeling a connection to that power and potential within yourself.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly wiggle your toes and fingers.
And you can slowly open the eyes,
Letting the light stream in when you're ready,
Seeing the world and welcoming the gifts that it has to offer.
And take this feeling of deep connection to your heart into the rest of your day.
