Lilian is a licensed therapist and trauma-informed meditation teacher specializing in complex trauma and inner child healing. With 10 years of clinical experience and 15 years teaching, she creates guided practices and educational talks that help listeners gently reconnect with their inner parts, calm the nervous system, and build self-compassion. Lilian wants to share with you what it feels like to slow down and show up for yourself. What happens inside you matters. It makes sense when you turn inward, acknowledge it with respect, and work with it. Through Lilian's talks and meditations, you can find your wounded parts, come to understand why they are there and what past experiences they hold. You can tend to them. Finally someone is there to listen and truly see them. That someone is You. And when you take care of your wounds, you free other parts—the ones that have tried to protect you through numbing, self-harm, addiction, rage, people-pleasing, perfectionism. Even the part that shames you may no longer need to do so, if your most hidden wound is found and helped. This inner work is available to you, as you are, right now.

Magic! My loneliness disappeared. It was very good to see loneliness as a part of me. Not the whole of me. And see that it is the child inside that needs me. ❤️👧🏻

Wow…I’m so grateful that I found you and this video in this moment. Divinely guided. I needed this way you offer on how to be with grief. I’m in a well of it currently and as a shamanic practioner, informed by jungian and transpersonal principals, i very much resonate with and appreciate holding grief as a territory of darkness that reveals and heals. I welcome this journey to the underworld. Also all those parts coming around in the dark to be seen, heard, thanked, and released. You have a true teacher-healer gift.🙏✨

That was amazing. I’m so grateful it found me. When you pointed out that you can be lonely with people, I thought of a line I heard that fits me, “what’s worse than being alone is being with someone who makes you feel alone.”

Grief is way broader than simply death of someone
