Find your comfortable sitting position.
Settle here.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Ask yourself mentally,
How am I feeling inside of my body?
Listen to yourself,
How the body responds to your question,
How am I feeling inside of my body?
This inner dialogue is very important on the way to the health and the success.
We need to take care of our own body and energy resources.
We must control the level of the energy and replenish its reserves if needed.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and breath out two times longer.
Let's repeat this breath two more times.
Deep breath in and slow long breath out.
Do it together one more time.
Inhale and very slowly exhale.
Continue this breath.
And we switch our attention and energy to the outer world.
Go with attention and breath through the spine.
Starting from the tailbone and slowly go up to the neck.
Go with your breath and attention higher and higher.
Move your attention slowly from vertebra to vertebra.
And we'll do the energy shower.
Glide gently with your arms from the top of your head to your neck and shoulders.
Touch your arms and fingers,
Your belly,
Your legs.
And place your palms on your face.
Wash your face with this energy.
And slowly place your hands on your hips.
Take three slow deep breaths here.
You can hug yourself.
And thank yourself for this practice.
One more inhale.
And with a exhale open your eyes.
