Hello,
My lovely friend.
My name is Lina.
Welcome to the meditation.
I designed this practice to help you relax and fall asleep.
Take a moment to settle into your bed,
Allowing your body to rest comfortably.
When you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep inhale through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Feel your body begin to soften and melt into the surface beneath you.
Let's take another deep inhale and exhale fully,
Allowing any tension to flow out of your body.
Imagine how you are inviting calmness in with each inhale and with the exhale letting go of all that no longer serves you.
Inhale and exhale.
Bring your attention to your feet.
Notice how they feel against the surface of your bed.
Imagine a gentle wave of relaxation flowing into your toes,
Spreading through your feet,
Ankles and up to your calves.
This soothing wave moves slowly up to your knees,
Your thighs and into your hips.
You may notice your muscles loosening,
Your body growing heavier,
Sinking deeper into your bed.
Feel this wave of relaxation move up your torso,
Wrapping around your stomach,
Easing away any knots of tension.
It moves into your chest,
Softening your breath,
Allowing it to flow naturally and effortlessly.
Inhale and exhale.
And now let the wave travel to your shoulders,
Releasing the weight you've been carrying lately.
Feel it glide down your arms,
Into your hands,
All the way to your fingertips.
Inhale and exhale.
Finally,
Let this gentle relaxation rise to your neck,
Softening the muscles there and move up into your head,
Spreading through your jaw and forehead.
Feel it ease your mind and quiet your thoughts.
Inhale and exhale.
As your body melts,
Let your mind drift to a safe,
Peaceful place,
Your sanctuary.
This is a space where you feel completely at ease.
Maybe it's a serene forest,
A quiet beach or a soft meadow under a starry sky.
The place you carry on your soul and it reminds you some warm moments of your life.
Take a moment to notice the details of this place.
The sounds,
The smells,
The gentle sensations that make you feel safe and calm.
I invite you to repeat quietly in your mind.
I am quiet,
I am safe,
I am calm.
All is well in my life.
I do my best and I receive everything I need.
With each repetition,
Feel your body sink deeper into relaxation.
I am safe,
I am calm.
All is well in my life.
I do my best and I receive everything I need.
If any disturbing thoughts arise,
Gently acknowledge them and let them drift away like clouds floating in the sky.
There's no need to hold on to them,
They can wait for another time.
You deserve to feel relaxed,
Right here and now.
And now bring your focus to your breath.
Notice how steady and calm it has become.
Each deep cycle of breath carries you closer to sleep.
Inhale and exhale.
Imagine a soft,
Glowing light surrounding you.
This light represents calm,
Peace and healing.
It wraps you in warmth,
Shielding you from any lingering worries or fears.
Let yourself feel the comfort and protection of this light.
Inhale and exhale.
As you rest here,
Know that sleep will come easily and naturally.
You don't have to chase it or force it.
Just allow it to arrive.
Trust that your body and mind know how to rest and how to restore themselves.
Repeat once more,
Softly in your mind.
I am safe.
I am calm.
All is well in my life.
I do my best and I receive everything I need.
I am ready for peaceful sleep.
Let go of my voice.
Let it fade into the background as you drift deeper into relaxation.
Allow sleep to take you gently and effortlessly.
Good night,
My friend,
And sweet dreams.
